calories are just fat/protein/carbs.......and food like vegetables doesn't have much fat or sugar so they don't contain many calories. You can eat kilos of plants and still not get enough calories however just know which food contains calories and you can eat 20, 000 calories. Like make a protein shake with carbs/fat/protein and you could easily achieve the 20, 000 calories needed

The only explanation is an incredible metabolism or 4-5 hours of training per day to burn those extra calories

But metabolism increases slowy, so if someone eats more and more everytime he can increase his metabolism to great amounts without gaining much weight. But dont take my word for it
