This bad quality Cycles are so expensive but the parts are deteriorating quickly, the battery is damaged 2 times in 6 months. We sell in Mumbai but there is no service and all parts have to be sent to Ahmedabad. There is always some problem in the cycle. Management is not paying attention to customer service.

I think nothing will be achieved except regretting taking such an expensive cycle.
