I think they stiffened the front suspension to increase stability on tarmac. The suspension is tall, so if they make it soft the bike will fall easily if cornered hard like sports or street bikes, and it will drift away from its beginner bike classification to a more dedicated off-road/ adv motorcycle and it will affect sales.

Thankyou bro , it’s definitely a good city bike. And it won’t make you feel underpowered even though it’s only an under 200c machine (in displacement).Hope you would also consider buying this updated CB 200X. I think the bike would go discountinued soon because of low sales figures 😢
Yes bro that also a matter to consider considering it as a road bike. As a city bike it performs so good and the it’s initial torque and slipper clutch makes it super beginner friendly.

All I want is that upright seating posture, Himalayan and Xpulse are not very reliable models. BMW GS is highly overpriced. So this is my first choice. Low cost, low maintenance, normal commuter, but with upright handling, this would be a breeze to ride on the highway. I wish like the reviewer, if it had a sixth gear. All this comes with Honda reliability is a bonus.

Bruh iam planning to buy this bike.Purpose is mainly for college and touring what’s your opinion after using cb200x.Every one is complaining about the engine missing problem does your bike has that problem can you clarify it hope you reply for the comment.

Bro CB 200X is a decent road bike, I used to get missing problems after 750 kms but now after service and 2000km + I’m not feeling any missing. I suggest you to do cold start at morning everyday and chain lubing after every 700km that’s it🤗. Touring is nice because of relaxed seating position and I’m currently getting a good mileage of 46. The only con I feel is the lack of tech and low plastic quality.

1. Ground clearance must be 185+mm for urban tours & explores
2. USB Charging port must for tours
3. Real time mileage indicator must along with fuel to be empty at ---km
4. Seat height must be 795mm to be suitable for all Indians
5. Wind shield viser must be good support & coverage
6. Riding modes important
7. Dual channel ABS must
8. Real wheel disc must be double caliber system
9. Engine guard should be on non rustic metal
10. Rear seat pillion holder must be like unicorn for tours enhanced with pillion
11. Language carrier optional must
12. Rear wheel covered mud guard must for tours on rainy days
13. The engine must be atleast oil cooled for long running endurance
14. 6 speed gear box must for tourings to increase mileage & stress free long tour rides
15. Rear seat must be more space for pillion comfortable on long rides
16. Fuel tank must be 14+litres for tours
17. Indicator must be seperate not in the handle bar nuckle guard
18. Tour explorers must have smooth suspension (not to be like stiffer side of sports bike)
Honda must be rethink it again for upgrading to complete the all expectations

Same here bro , the sweetspot is by cruising at 50-60 max , after that it feels so stressed. But it not not hesitating to do and overtake or hit 80 too.

Hi bro did you notice the left side of the main stand looks closer to the tyre than on the right side? If you notice please tell us... Mine when bike on the side stand.. the main stand on the left side ends looks closer to the rear wheel than on right side

What is the enjoyable cursing bike?? Means when the vibration kicks in??
You can easily cruise in 80-90kmph without vibration in good highways(in 5th gear). It’s also really easy to cruise in 100+kmph during long rides. But after 105+ the vibrations comes to the foot pegs and mirror starts buzzing. The vibrations are not much severe like other bikes . In my opinion “82kmph” feels butter smooth.

First service only costed ₹680 and I am doing chain lube after every 700km. As I’m getting an avg of 46kmpl I refuel after every 26 days for ₹1000 full tank. So for me this bike is user friendly and maintenance friendly too

Cb200x or gixxer 155 ... which is ur choice bro? Pretty confused
So let me say both the bikes are commuters, CB 200X being a road biased offroading or touring bike , whereas Gixxer is a bit sporty bike. Gixxer 155 is a 155 cc bike with approx 13 bhp and 13 nm of torque whereas CB 200X is (184.4cc) a close 190 cc bike with 17bhp and 16nm of torque. Even after having more power both bikes are closely priced or gixxer is a bit expensive. So I would suggest you to go for Honda CB 200X. And if you are biased towards Suzuki it’s not a bad choice because both are trusted Japanese brands so factors like reliability, spare parts are easily available. Both the bikes are coming with single channel ABS so it’s also a bit drawback in both. If you ask me to suggest a all rounder bike I would say CB 200X, because of greater looks, comfortable seating position, better power, better mileage etc. I actually didn’t meant to say about the looks but in real life CB 200X have good Road presence than other bikes under 2 lack.

Yes bro CB 300f is indeed a good motorcycle; but the mileage, price and all were also a matter to consider. It is also sold in Honda bingwing and heard that the parts and maintenance are a bit high. As a college going student CB 200X is fulfilling my needs without any problems.😊
