Will the limitations act prevent my father to challenge the will so that his brother my uncle does not claims any share in the house that we live in for years and took care of our grandfather and now taking care of my grandmother after she dies. Because his intentions shows that he may claim in future , till when can i prevent myself my real question is this 3 years or 12 years as the will is executed now.

Is it okay if I give a complex situation that I am confused about, could you please provide some clarification on this: What if instead of lending money between friends it is a case of commercial relationship where the buyer does not pay the vendor, with reason that payment in not due and a technical justification. Vendor challenges this but buyer does not agree. Vendor persistently trying to get paid and is following up with the customer for many years together (more than 3 years). After many year customer agrees in writing that the technical justification was incorrect and payment was due (should have been paid), but due to law of limitation they are not liable to pay anymore. Is this really true? Is there nothing a vendor can legally do to make the customer pay?

What if we have paid via bank via 30 transaction over 24 months, but person didn't repay after 36 months? But I don't have proof for fixed due date for repayment?
