I own one of these machines, it’s not rotating anymore and I made sure the dial was turned to the extreme left. Seems like the air is still going through but only slightly exiting the top of the handheld. Anyone I can contact about this?

How loud is it? Do you have a way to measure the noise level?
Our PS noise lever is 69-78 dB depending on the motor size.
