In some days, there is hearing of my DCLR case (276). I hope my mutation appeal for the land purchased by my late father in year 1992, 2002 and 2004 will get cleared. In past hearings, the respected judge sir had hinted me to get a document, for which I got into the clutch of a broker in the government office at Sitamarhi DM office, who took money without giving any receipt for giving the document. He is delaying from more than a month. I hope to get the document from him in the first week. If he doesn't, I will use the Evidence act 2023, and lodge a low cost online case on the broker. My budget is very tight. Kindly tell me about the cost of filing the evidence act, and the time in which I can get a legal document through this act.
