The only place I’ve seen hateful comments are sadly on ASMR Requests videos - several of her listeners comment on her weight and it’s awful. It makes me think that’s one reason she stopped making videos. She can’t even live regular life and have her weight fluctuate like a normal person without people talking about it in the rudest ways. 🙁
I've been going through some weird stress and sensory issues lately and Maria you're the only ASMRtist I can listen to right now and still get tingles. Everyone else just sounds very harsh and squeaky to me right now, I'm not sure why, but you've been the only one to not give me headaches and to actually help me get to sleep in the last few weeks. Maria is the perfect distraction from all of the chaos going on all around us. If I have to be stuck at home, at least I have her videos to keep me sane. 💕
Maria, I sometimes think very hard about what makes your videos so special. Of course, the lighting and sound are so smooth, and there is obvious effort put into getting as many tingles as possible. But there's one thing that shines in your videos. They are personal. They are absolutely and utterly absorbed in the viewer, and their needs. I think this is why everybody loves them so much, why I love them so much, why I love you so much. You are not afraid to be personal and intimate, but not in a bad or weird way. In a relaxing way that makes me feel like I am completely safe.
