That will forever be one of the best riffs I ever heard. Reminds me of "Halloween" by King Diamond a tiny bit but this riff with the beat is pure rammstein!

In the future, I want to become a guitarist like you but I now have no guitar and the ability to buy it, but it's not terrible because the dreams ever come true
100% listen to the advice about the acoustic, people will tell you absolutely rubbish about how to start out, just do ya research and go for the best you can get, and a really good setup. I was advised to get an acoustic, learn to read music, not buy a "metal" guitar first, all sorts of shit! Leaned for a year on a £170 Ibanez (pretty much just Rammstein and Ministry), and once I knew what guitar I really wanted, I saved up hard and got it. Everyone around me, musicians or not thought it was a really bad idea to buy an expensive guitar. I ignored their advice and got the Paul Landers version of this ladies guitar, an ESP Eclipse CTM I PL. At age 19, that took some saving, but it was the best decision I ever made. I spent weeks learning to play Ich Tu Dir Weh, that's how new I was. If you're not sure, I wouldn't go that far, but if you fall in love with a guitar, buy it! Best £1400 I ever spent, and 11 years later I still cant walk past it without picking it up. Get some really, seriously good advice on an amplifier for the style of music you play though... no matter how well you can play, no matter how nice your guitar is, you will never get the sound you want without the right amp! When you're Nile Rodgers, the sound is in the fingers, but for Rammstein you need the right amp, not even an expensive one, just right :)

Don't go for an acoustic one if mostly you want to play metal or rock. There are tonnes of great electric guitars out there that are under budget.
