Ingquza Hill Local Municipality ready to host memorial service for Lusikisiki 18

Ingquza Hill Local Municipality mayor, Nonkosi Pepping says they expect over 5,000 people to attend the memorial service for 18 people who were gunned down in Lusikisiki last week.
Pepping says they have been in constant communication with the families of the deceased on their wishes for their loved ones, and how the burials should be conducted.
