After all the character trailers announcement with the all the legendary announcer yelling the names, it's now my headcanon that this OST's official name is The TK8 Announcer's theme.
If it were like the older days of Tekken tournaments where Lenne Hardt announced players coming onto the stage (The King of Iron Fist Tournament 2015 comes to mind), I could absolutely see this being the BGM at least once during those times.

The Arena theme should've been the character select theme. Not that I'm saying the character select theme they chose is bad tho, but the arena theme just sound better as a character select theme. I hope players who have access to CNT would address this to the Tekken team as part of their feedbacks

It's baffling how they fitted Noctis before Tifa for a Tekken game ngl. But I suppose that had to do with the weird trade Square Enix wanted to make with Noctis and 2B and Tekken and Soulcalibur.
