Something i would love to know, is some of the suburbs to nashville, is it difficult to find land to built on (proces ect) and the last is are there any buisness network groups?
There is definitely still land to be had out there. Just depends on how far out you’re willing to go. And as far as business networking groups, it’s a big YES for that. There are tons of them!
Thinking of moving to the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville. How safe is it in comparison to the rest of the city? You mentioned in your other video that Nashville has crime rates higher than the national average
If you are a real estate agent I wouldn't trust ya. Germantown is a suburb of Memphis not Nashville. Not sure how you edited the map in the video but the only Germantown I have found is near Memphis. About 3 hours away from nashville

Most cities do. And definitely make sure and do your research. I personally would feel safe living in Germantown!
