300 ml of milk
300 ml soda or mineral water
2 whole eggs
20 g granulated sugar (1 tablespoon)
1-2 pinches of salt
1 tablespoon melted fat for greasing the oven
Punch sauce: 300 ml milk
100 g granulated sugar
100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
30 g fine flour
50 g of raisins
3 egg yolks
Grated rind of 1 small lemon
8 g vanilla sugar (1 small package)
30 g of tea butter in the sauce at the end
20 ml of rum
5 drops of red food coloring
7 drops of punch aroma
Chocolate filling: 125 g chocolate with 60% cocoa content
60 g tea butter
About 20 pancakes can be baked from the indicated amount of dough. It also depends on the size of the pancake maker. The size of the pan shown in the video is slightly smaller than that of a traditional pancake maker. Enjoy your meal!
