I always come back to this edit and it's so underrated, the way everything is composed and beautifully tells the story of Nimona is so good, genuinely, one of the best edits I've seen and I've seen a lot of edits, but the tension? the scenes? fitting with music and beat? INCREDIBLE

There's a question I've had since I've watched this film. Did Gloreth every actually grow up? Did she ever become the figure we see throughout the film or did she die as a child and her story was fabricated?

Considering she has had children and descendants, most likely not, but maybe as a young adult perhaps she passed, and it was her children that made her into the figure she is now
I had the same question! was the whole 'legend of gloreth rising against the monsters' that we see in the intro to the story just a glorified (pun unintended) version of what happened when gloreth was a child (1:35 in the edit here), or did it happen again later on in gloreth's life? if it happened again, did gloreth use the same line against nimona as some kind of throwback? if it didn't happen again, does that mean that nimona never actually arrived in her monster form a thousand years ago, but rather gloreth just "defended her village" from a "monster" (the scene we see in the movie) I had some trouble explaining my thoughts while writing that, I hope it made sense :D
Oh wow!! The way you edited this video is fantastic 😍👌 I have to admit that the ending wasn't that obvious to me. I thought it was like every movie. Nimona will start destroying the city and people in a frenzy, and in the process Ballister will save her by standing between people and the monster. But not. They went in a darker direction, that of taking his own life, an all-time topic of depression and inability to fit in. I'm afraid that this movie may not get enough attention to make some interesting sequels :c

All it takes is being told shes a monster, the only one who even hesitates is Balistor , despite his programming he doesn't immediately run with it like everyone else and that doesn't even last long
