So Digoxin is a anticoagulant, or antihypertensive? From what it does, it sounds more like an antihypertensive, I'm confused lol

It’s a positive inotrope increasing the force of contraction of the heart for CHF patients for example

I'm writing a new book now that talks about that, you want to think what it does then how that can be bad vasodilation lowers BP, but it can lower it too much to make orthostatic hypertension and reflex tachycardia decreasing heart rate too much = bradycardia
