Hey man, over 2 years ago a parkour / ninja warrior gym opened in my city, and i was completely out of shape and had never tried parkour even though i always wanted to do it. Having the place to practice gave me the motivation to go and try. At first i had no idea what i was doing and then i searched tutorials online, yours were the best. I think i watched all of your training videos, and i never stopped practicing since, Im now in good shape and have a good mastering over all the fundamentals and i wanted to thank you for making the videos man!

😄your videos help alot, because i live in jamaica the terrain to do stuff lile this isnt available. I wont let it stop me though so im training to hold my own weight for long periods of time so i can put so trust into my vaults, lifts and dives. Ill be trying flips next week. nice vid Ronnie, your tutorials are helping me a lot with my training. also, do you have some special shoes or something for some of your videos because on my shoes whenever I attempt the wall climb they don't give me grip so I'm just curious if you do use special shoes what are they?

You should try a drill flip. Where you basically 360 horizontally but u land back down on your feet instead of dive rolling.
Yo Ronnie I got your shirt! It's awesome lol. I'm the only one out of my friends, some of whom are really athletic, who can do a backflip and other parkour moves and they love it cause they're always asking me to do a backflip for them.
