Those soulmarks are because of cleaning the dust surface.
It might happend when the car was in stock yard and catching dust all over and while cleaning in showroom the workers directly used normal cloths to clean with the dust.

bulu bhai u should go for tyres upgade this tyre does not suit your car. u should go for bigger tyre size and the ppf is amazing
