Can you please provide the source for the ruling of trigger effects resolving before quick effects? I can't find it in the rulebook or the internet so I just wanna make sure. Thanks

@@independentgaming04 Thanks, I actually saw that but I misunderstood the situation. Skull guardian could not negate lily not because triggers resolve first but because Lo has to chain to lily and skull guardian then cannot respond to lily. My bad
