    Dear Sarah,
    I noticed a few ridiculous comments of people questing your profession etc and I just have to say anyone who’s reading,
    In London, Dr Sarah Tonks is an incredibly established Aesthetic doctor. I have visited her only once but she fixed something for me which I had been miserable about for two years. Other doctors had told me that they cannot see anything wrong, but Sarah noticed straight away that my lips had an allergic reaction to the filler another practitioner had used.
    So please do not embarrass yourselves and write silly comments just because she’s giving her professional opinion on a celebrity you like. Do your research first.
    Your humour is always appreciated in these videos btw Sarah!

      Her works (from an aeathetic point of view) suck. The fact She gave you a right diagnosis has nothing to do with her artistic attitude. That She has not.

    I’ve had Scluptura in my cheek hollows and temples for several years and I love it so much! I had cheek implants about 13 years ago and I became very gaunt looking with them as I’ve aged. I didn’t realize that you can have it put in the chin area as well. Another great video Dr. Tonks. Thank you.🌝

    Hey Dr Tonks, just a suggestion but I think it would be great if you could do a video series with the same patient where you do around three consecutive treatment regimens or as many as it takes so we can see just how much improvement can be achieved as just one treatment session is often not enough to get to the optimum result.

    I was told that Sculptra also causes your body to stimulate its own collagen and that is what also makes it different from the typical fillers like Restylane and Juvederm. Is that part not true?

  • @2blackpigs320

    • @DrSarahTonks
      @DrSarahTonks  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      SqueakyG not sure who this was, maybe they don’t do many filler cases. For me it’s the vast majority of my day. Actually the skin which has been filled often looks better in comparison than that which has not! Also it depends at which depth and space it’s put into!

    Dr Tonks, is it true that people with dense skin with bull dog like face feature from aging are not best candidates for sculptura? I saw a video that talks about how people with sunken type of face aging are best candidates for sculptura. Honestly, I don’t think many people are that clearly defined?? I went to a Med spa and the NP told me I can get midface Restyln Lyft but feel very uncomfortable with her recommendation. I am looking into Sculptura but need your input so I can be a conscious consumer. Thank you

    • @cv7958
      @cv7958 ปีที่แล้ว

      Someone with a bull dog face appears to be dealing with sagging issues; not volume loss. It would make sense to lift and tighten the skin (think thermage, Ellacor etc.) versus Sculptra.

You should also treat the chin and jawline for further support. Never inject directly deep to the fat pads, they will get worse
