Plant growth regulators (PGRs) are chemicals that can be used to modify plant growth. They are used by growers to improve the quality, quantity, and uniformity of their crops. PGRs can be used to increase branching, suppress shoot growth, increase return bloom, remove excess fruit, or alter fruit maturity.
