Such a great road trip story and one hell of a great guy. I bought his pedals after seeing your reviews so thank you Jason. The ‘Soul Serenade’ soundtrack was perfect! If only I could download and pay for it!
It was fun to be Lone Wolf guy, pity that politics ruined those interaction. Glad I own four (!) JR mics, hope it will be enough for the rest of my life. Perfect mic for my goals!!! Pedals are great too although I moved to multiFX.
Awesome video, amazing products, best marketing and great people 🙂 Hopefully lone wolf can distribute here too in the philippines bcos i only buy when i have relatives coming home from abroad hahaha
When I blow out, (notes or chords) the sound goes out of the harp. What happens to the sound when I draw in? Does the sound go back through the harp? The pull-off technique makes chords sound more powerful. Whenever you can break that seal, sound will come out. Lots of harmonica players do it.
Hi! I have a question for the community: I use a Fender Blues Junior as an amp for my harmonica and I like a pedal to boost my sound for solos. Can someone please recommend a Lone Wolf pedal for that purpose? Thanx!
@@buntafujiwara3586 I allready have one. I allways found it´s really good if you play directly into the system without any amp. When I connect it to my amp it doesn´t do much..
Hi all! I am self taught since 8 yrs, I only lip purse & am lacking that multi draw/blow "chitown" sound. I currently use a bullet mic. I was curious, is there a pedal that can help me with this? I can hit & bend very tight clean single note bends but lack that "multi key" bluesy sound. Any ideas? Be well all.
A lot of that comes from at least tongue blocking octaves. You can fake that sound on the first two, kinda three holes especially but not much after that. The tongue blocking thing will definitely come! Do it in your own time and slowly and learn to love it! You got this! Sorry no pedal...
Thank you Jason! I guess after playing for nearly 40 years I've "locked" myself into this one particular style of play. (single note draws & such) Any recommendations on breaking so many years of conditioning as this is needed for me to go onward? I can't thank you enough for responding to my question. (Off topic) *Jason, I know I mentioned this but...you were the last show my Dad & I saw before his passing. In Vermont. You were playing with Damien's band. Little did we know, this would be the last show we would see together. You'll always be apart of that memory & that time. The last show I played was with Joseph Morganfield months before Joseph passed, but the last show my Dad & I saw was you with Damiens band. You took the time to show me your pedal setup & mic before the gig. You're a kind man & an iconic musician to many, that I look up to. On many levels. Thank you Jason. Truly. Ian
@@jasonricci I'll be doing my best to retrain myself on how to play non pursed. Having a musical mentor, that would be awesome. I've heard you speak of your life, on many topics from mental health, sobriety to your own musical beginnings in Maine. You are really the most openly transparent, honest, sincere people I've had the pleasure of meeting. You're also someone I to look up to. To strive to be like in overcoming adversities both off stage and on. Thank you Jason. Much respect.
Glad to see it's just a mom and pop operation. Small businesses are the back bone of America !!
Randy is not only an electrical wizard, he's also one of the nicest people I've ever met.
Top video, the trip ! Thanks for sharing Jason !
Hi Jason, excelent video 👍🎸
Randy is the best ! You're not so bad either....hahahahah
Super cool documentary on a small biz wiz!!!
I don’t even know what a pedal is. Except in my bike. 😂
😂

Really cool tour! I definitely need to get some more pedals setup and they have some top notch gear. So many of those are on my wishlist 😆.
I love my delay pedal! Awesome job, Randy!
Feels like comin' home!

Politics? How?
@@jasonricci technically it is impossible now to buy everything from US to Russia due to sanctions.
Oh that sucks! Can we get some one to drive it to you? Or ,?
@@jasonricci there are some ways, but too complex and gladly I already have everything that I really need.

Great video content!! Fantastic to see your relationship with Lonewolf! And again, I love your video editing style ❤️ psychedelic!!
I haven't used a microphone while playing the harmonica yet, but it was still interesting to watch. Thanks, Jason 👍👍🙂

Yeah baby! Congratulations 🎉!
Nice handwired pedals just like good guitar amps & pickups I feel the love it's black magic getting your own tone!👍
Great video, thanks a lot for it! (I wanna Green mic!)

"Clean Cat" all day! People also like the "Harp Octave" (not an octave pedal)
@@jasonricci Cool, thanks!
You might also like to consider the Harp Break - it really brings a Junior to life for harmonica.

What peddle should I by first.? Blues
What kind of amp and mic are using?
If one had to have only one Lone Wolf pedal for all blues harp needs, what would it be chaps?
Depends on your amp!
@@jasonricci fair point, well let's say two common examples - 1) direct to PA and 2) Harp Train 10, seeing as we're Lone Wolfing here!
I can't afford any right now - amp included, but after i get the bottle to busk my lungs out I wanna know what save the shrapnel for!
I would say a delay or a reverb!
Direct to PA a harp attack or an alpha wolf or Boogie man.
Hey J I’m trading my Alpha Wolf and MXR Carbon Copy delay for something else… Very happy with Harp Octave and Harp Shield. Recommendation?
Flashback Delay!
@@jasonricci i’ll check it out! And Lonewolf reverb? … I’m thinking 💭
Alpha has nice verb, but it was limited.
