A ver el el derecho positivo es el conjunto de normas vigentes y aplicables, mientras que el derecho negativo se trata de las áreas donde no hay una regulación específica, lo que deja en manos de la libertad individual la posibilidad de actuar..
Básicamente implica la idea de que el Estado debe mantenerse inactivo o no intervenir cuando se trata de derecho negativo suelen basar su argumentación en principios de libertad individual y en una concepción mínima del rol del Estado
Esto aplica en todos lados no?
