7:01 Why is soup always 'blitzed' (pureed)? I like 'chunky' soups, I don't understand pureed (or baby food) soup... That looks absolutely DELICIOUS, until it gets pureed, then I just want to put fresh, chopped vegetables back in! 😂😂 🥰🥰

Interesting new video style - capture the cooking sounds with on talking, then add voiceover. I think it works well as an expositional style, but it loses a little of your signature spontaneity and sheer enthusiasm.

Its not a new video style, I have done maybe a handful of voiceover recipes in all these years......
