This time one cannot predict Trump, today he is saying that he wants people to be working in all sectors, but there is an issue in the USA are there no workers that can work as an Uber driver, truck driver or work as an IT software well there are people there so I don't think trump will be allowing any immigration, first place will be to allow American get the job and then when they find India can give them extra ordinary skilled workers then only will they give out visas to those people.
