Some of this folks are coming with friends and sometimes they cut thru lanes so this does not let them do it. Etc etc.
Venezuela should be doing really well instead it's doing terrible and that is so sad. When the American oil companies were down there drilling and the country was rich in oil it should still be that way today. My parents and my brothers and I loved it there.
