Mr. Damion, Would you think to incorporate the licensing of butchers island wide in your plan to cut down on praedial larceny and stop the ordinary farmers or just about anybody from killing these animals. These butchers must be able to show proof of purchase to every kill. Nobody should kill goats, pigs etc at home, they must take it to the butcher and pay a fee to the butcher to kill it.

My son do all the classes and he asked for a extension officer to visit his farm and they don't..
