Morris Mini steering wheel restoration

In this video I repair and paint a mk1 Morris Mini steering wheel. The paint selected was Concepts Paint Empress Black, this is a solid paint with a low gloss finish. Originally the steering wheel was coated in plastic and not painted the original finish would have been a satin/low gloss finish. To reproduce this lumination, I did not clear coat the steering wheel.
