OMG...ive been going this from my 6th class unknowingly....as i realised this as a good method to study for me without knowing this is a psychological technique.. i used to make my handwritten notes then i used imagine explaining topics a a teacher in front of a wall as i like to do teaching stuff and while explaining i used to get get stuck at certain places and then again i used to clear it and saying then out loud made me think of certain topics in a more detailed way😃😃😃
I have already experienced this earlier sir.....before 4 or 5 months ago for the neet 2020 exam,i studied principle of inheritance chapter in biology in this same technique.still now i can remember what i had studied.it is so effective method.so i recommend here to follow this.if you dont teach to your brother or sister,do it by your own.
