The greatest lesson here is for an African child to learn everything necessary but not to forget his/her ROOTS. Our political and spiritual leaders have failed and betrayed us and now its time for an African child to wise up, learn from all these mistakes, not to repeat them, and then take over. Thanks
It's these kind of conversations that should be free, because mind you T.bos those who can afford these type of productions are the pple deeply integrated into these white lifestyle and see these as a insult, how do we then provide these conversations to the pple who are poor and realy need to hear this. First time watching this and I wish I would of heard it when I was younger
To be honest its not the people who are poor that need this most. Its the so called black elite. The poor are the only ones who are keeping Afrikaness alive my guy. Thats where you'll find traditional dress, traditional music and instrumentation and around their village fires, thats where traditional sages are imparting wisdom to the kids in the village. It was ekhaya that I got my traditional education not in the suburbs.
Great conversation and real, i believe we need to be enshrined in our African Doctrine; identify who really we are and rediscover our cultural, spiritual identity......following from Zimbabwe!
WOW ... This is what people should be watching on their television screens at home and learn in school... Our identity is what makes us great. Can our leaders be confronted with this!
The church as an institution is of the Devil. Jesus said, “Go and teach the world, all nations.” The Church, starting with the Emperor Constantine said “No, get them to come into this building that we will build for them. And get them to sit there and we will teach them about Jesus and the Virgin Mary and Purgatory. And we will have a River in money pouring into the state’s coffers.
“Ignorance of African culture is a business”.. Yes yes yesss!! It’s scary how many of us glory in that ignorance!
