Hi I am N N Bhatt I have constructed my house in 1991 and my first problem is that there is joint in my roof and always remain leakage problem in rainy season at joint section , secondly my exterior wall is common with neighbor and he has constructed bath room at his side and leakage from his side also damage my wall . please let me know the solution of that and what will be the expenses for same

One can easily mix 80% cement, 20% White Cement & water proof liquid together and apply it.... Very cheap and best process.
Not more than 5k for entire roof (60'×40' site).

How to get a glossy and smooth final finish on the terrace for easy cleaning and usage?! It is better to fix roof tiles than to do all this. Also you have not given any tips / insight on curing of the roof or the percentage of water needed in PMM !!! This method is against the IS standards.
