I had a wreath business for many years. Just be aware that for a rare few people (like myself) juniper can be highly allergic like poison ivy.
This is all faux, so no worries there!

Yes, measure by the outside. As for a finished wreath, it’s the outside of the finished wreath, leaf tip to leaf tip.

Yes! So sorry about that! I accidentally said 18” grapevine, but I meant 14” grapevine, which is why it was written on the screen. The wreath is made on a 14” grapevine, and the kit is for a 14” grapevine. But it does make a 22” finished wreath.
Is there a way to buy from these wholesalers online without having to provide a tax ID? It seems they do not sell to the general public? 😞
No, you need to have some kind of tax ID or sales permit. Whatever your state requires.
