@@s.l.l2001The show is a joke, pathetic reheated plots, bringing in old characters for a handful of episodes, in the hope that an ailing, show, can have its dwindling viewership numbers somehow revived. Its getting walloped in the ratings by Emmerdale, and Corrie, while neither are perfect, they at least have storylines that are somewhat more plausible than the rubbish being churned out by Eastenders scriptwriters, and producer's currently.

But Barry was first person to find out about their affair when he catches them. But he lets them carry on the affair by letting them use his flat and if you guys remember that storyline.

Knew they'd get caught by someone. But never thought it would be Bianca's father David Wicks that would catch Cindy cheating on Ian with George's son Junior Knight. Wondering what David would do with what he just found out. Will he or wouldn't he tell Ian who deserves to know that Cindy has been having an affair with her ex husband George Knight's son Anna and Gina's elder half brother. This would be a huge stab in the guts for George, Anna, Gina, Kojo and of course Ian Beale who she's about to remarry again. When Ian does find out and eventually he will he will kick Cindy out just like he did when he found out about Cindy's affair with David Wicks Bianca's father. What a massive blow this would be especially for Anna and Gina knowing their mother was indulging in a steamy love affair with their elder half brother and not only that what it would do to their father George and their cousin Kojo and then there's Ian to think about. And Peter and young Louie Beale Cindy and Ian's grandson. When this affair between Junior and Cindy is out in the open and exposed. Ian would want nothing to do with Cindy anymore and what about George, Anna, Gina and Kojo, Junior's family. Well he'll definitely lose his father's love, trust and loyalty. And Anna and Gina's too. And obviously Kojo's too. Cindy has not only betrayed Ian in the most disgusting way but she's also betrayed her children Peter, Anna and Gina, her ex husband George, and grandson Louie. And Junior Knight well he's definitely betrayed George, Anna, Gina and Kojo Knight with this affair with Anna and Gina's mother. Cindy keeps having these affairs whilst committed to Ian. Affair with David Wicks. That affair was the last straw and nail on the coffin for Ian and Cindy Beale's failed marriage. Where was Cindy when Lucy was murdered aye. She definitely didn't come back to support Ian and Peter definitely not.

Den Watts, Kathy Mitchell and Cindy Beale were all killed off in Eastenders. But they were all brought back. There must be no creativity left in the BBC.The inability to create new and engaging characters means that this grand old series is now doomed! In fact it should have been retired years ago.

In 2025 it will be 40 years of EastEnders. Now we all know like the Fast and the Furious movies where even people who die on camera don't stay dead for long. While characters in EastEnders have had deaths staged by UK police witness protection. Even the ghost of Pat Butcher turned up for a chat with Peggy. While Keanu's hand even gave an appearance to Denise, a la The Conjuring style. While all kinds of special effects or camera effects have been seen in the show. So, why not just double down, yes it would cost a big bit of your BBC licence fees and have a CGI Pauline and Author Fowler or use some unused footage of them for the 40th anniversary etc. Used in the show for real or the in search of special that will be next year. Am I just joking on the idea? Maybe or maybe not. As all bets are off now on our mass media and storytelling. Think like the end of the Matrix, both of them sitting on Arthurs' bench. "What is reality, Pauline?" - "Oh, Arthur!" And plot twist a CGI Dot stands there - "The story is not yet over." I know, very silly, maybe. Plus, are we sure Steve did die in that car explosion even though we all saw it. Or did we. ;)
But in all seriousness it would be great if they used some unused/unseen footage from 1985 and had one of the OG cast members remember that past era for the 40th next year.
