@@NicolaTweed Thanks, it looks like you have the tutorials laid out better than the Kadence site. FYI, you might want to check your about page on tablet mode. Unfortunately, you lost your head in the image on my iPad {ha}
If you paste more than one paragraph at a time then it switches them to several paragraph blocks. What I do is paste one paragraph, press shift + enter and then paste the next one. It's such a pain but the only work around
@@NicolaTweed yeah I can do this but I'm looking to change the paragraphs to advanced text blocks. Do you know how to do this? It would be great to be able to change them all at once
Sorry off topic, but I'm at my wits end. I would like to put text over a header photo. I do not want to use the Cover Block as it does not maintain the same aspect ratio over different devices. An Advanced photo in a section will maintain the same aspect ratio over devices. In the past I have used Negative margin (on text in a row below the photo) to move the text over the photo but this is a very clunky way to do it. Do you have any insights into a better way ?
Yeah this is a pain. I thought this wasn't an issue when i switched to kadence from thrive themes. I did find a work around. you can also: from the list view. select the first paragraph then hold shift and click on the last paragraph and it will select all of them. My problem is when trying to change the font size on mobile this way it changes it on desktop too. Even if you are in mobile view. What i did was duplicate the entire row layout with all my paragraphs. Then i would turn off one of the row layouts for each of the rows. You can do this by selecting the row layout settings block (should be already chosen if you have selected the row layout already) advanced tab visibility settings then HIDE on desktop or mobile and repeat for the other device. I trust this makes sense.
I so appreciated this tutorial, especially the last part about copying and pasting paragraphs. Awesome!
Great Kadence tutorials. I appreciate your single topic videos. Very thorough and easy to understand.
@@mkirby2000 my pleasure, I do have tutorials for all the free blocks on my website nicolatweed.com/kadence-block-tutorials/

Would it not work to use a background image on a row and set the height depending on the device? Then text within the row?
Great Tutorial. How can I change the color of one word in the advance paragraph or the header? Thanks.
