We have cruised with Bettyann a couple of times and she is a wonderful representative for HAL. We first met her as the ATK chef and her demonstrations were not to be missed. As a Cruise and Travel Director, she is articulate, knowledgeable and her presentation skills are outstanding. We always hope she is on the cruise we select.

She has had an amazing life so far! I hope she is on the Nieuw Statendam when we go in February!
