This is how to make a effect for buttons without new costume
If touching mouse pointer then
Set size to size + (120 - size) / 3
Else
Set size to size + (100 - size) /3
Or you can change size to set effect block like
If touching mouse pointer then
Set brightness to -20
Else
Set brightness to 0
