Pennywise is also the physical representation of fear. They beat penny wise by not being afraid. Too many faces in the crowd which he mentions in the search. I look in the crowd and see so many faces.
I interpreted it as killing clowns in his life and getting rid of people people that don't take him seriously.

I also thought maybe he doesn't know if he should start taking shots at all the clowns in the industry...or be like them

I'm not sure if this is accurate, but in my opinion, this song is a whole conversation between himself and Pride. I broke down the lyrics in a way that I think conveys this a little more clearly and adds some depth to the song...whether that was his intent on this song or not, i'm not sure but i think it's interesting:

Kinda like Twenty one Pilots, with Cut My Lip and Chlorine, where they say being a musician makes their mental illness worse, but they use music to try and release their inner demons. Double edged sword.

This song and video is one of my favorites from NF. Another piece of NF info from this song. The flow NF uses is actually the flow from Bounce Back by Big Shawn! Just a little more into his whole Big Shawn line.

Something you missed from two other songs of his.. "I Just Wanna Know" has a scene that you didn't realize in "Outro" and then some lyrics from "If You Want Love" which is "If you want love, you gon' have to go through the pain." and he mentions in "Intro III" saying "What's the point of having love with no pain?". Just thought I'd mention it!
You missed few points;
"Too many faces", he said that at the beginning of the song as well and not just at the end. It refers to his crowd anxiety like he said in "The Search" "I get scared when I walk on the stage and see so many faces"
Penny-wise isn't just any clown. It's his fear, he said he can't decide if he should kill penny-wise, and knowing NF, we've seen how he's been dealing with this all long. Specially in his song "Intro 3”.
The machete, I personally like to think it's from his song "Real" which he used to cut off the ladder on other rappers.

I think he feels guilty because he's wealthy because in a ways it might get to his head thinking he's profiting off of negative and traumatic things in his past even though music has always been his outlet and not a means to get rich.
Even so those thoughts will come to his mind and try and make him feel guilty like "you're profiting off your mom's death.... Your a monster" even though that's not his attitude

Why is personally one of my fav cause of his flow and beat
I'm pretty sure he's singing the song from the perspective of his anxiety because he just keep doubting himself and it's adding to all the burdens he's carrying. It could also carry on to the balloon metaphor since little anxieties that should be forgettable and easily let go are instead being tied to him because his anxiety isn't letting him forget about the burdens.
I also think that's why he's got all those words on the wall as his way of naming the anxieties. Notice when he's talking about feeling guilty for his wealth he's by the real music writing cause he doesn't know if his wealth is gonna make him less relateable and when he rides in the cart (lets himself go on an anxious spiral) he passes by a "help me", dollar sign, and percent symbol which goes back to his worrying over money and the amount of effort NF puts in his work. I'm not sure what the Tr XAS means if anyone wants to jump in. Just thought that was something to add in for more understanding.

As to why Nate asks himself "Why?" every other sentence, from my experience, I'd say he's showing us he's going through therapy. As a part of CBT (that's supposed to work well with both depression and anxiety), the client says a general thing, then uses the question "Why?" repeatedly in order to get to the core of the issue. Hope that helps in your understanding, Ernest.

The internal dialogue is the most exhausting part of having anxiety. Feeling like you yourself have the answers, the keys, yet seem paralyzed to put that knowledge to reality and continue ruminating. Mostly on the negative. Then the guilt knowing you shouldn’t be feeling that bad. Cycles
