First time leaving the US? Might I recommend your next trip to be in the Yucatan peninsula where Cancun is. Cheap flights $100-150 from the US, super cheap $8 bus rides from city to city. Mayan Ruins, underground cave swimming holes called cenotes. Beach, cheap food and rent. $300 a month rent...

A lot of prescriptions are available at the pharmacy in Thailand. This means cheaper healthcare. A visit to a local clinic won’t break the budget. Barring disaster, I think he will be good. This isn’t America.

I used safety wing for travel insurance it is pretty affordable, good for emergencies. Although the deductible is $200usd which is normal for most companies. Since Thailand is so cheap most things will be cheap enough. For example I had a small bike accident and got a bit banged up in Chiang Rai and went to the hospital every day for over a week to get my bandages changed and wounds cleaned and it was about $200 for like 10 days.

So they were making the ice cream right there. That was probably milk maybe with sweet condensed milk they poured on to that cylinder which is ice cold. Then mixing it all together over the cold like that creates the ice cream. Super easy to make ice cream even at home actually
