Socket in plastic housing has 3 connections. Live, neutral and very important EARTH. You have to connect al the points of a socket to a corresponding wire. Danger for electrocution if you are using machines (not double isolated) with ground wire.
Maybe the machines are grounded, and I don't se him biting the lightbulb.
mans410 This is VERY DANGEROUS as somebody can get electrocuted because the Protective Earth is missing.
Maybe he is on the moon so there is no "earth" wire :)

Great ideas, one important observation; above all; is to teach safety. free up your hands and clamp the pieces of your project... the idea of drilling with one hand and holding the part with the other, give me chill in my spine. He cuts a piece of steel with an anglular grinder, with his hands and with a glove. One mistake and the glove holds on the disk. I bet this guy won't end his life with all his fingers.
This guy makes many foolish and careless mistakes and obviously possesses no formal training and little common sense.
Messing around with electrical installation but having no clue is dangerous. The plug (3 pole) with dimmer in the wall box has no grounding. It can literally kill someone who is using this self made device. I stopped the video at that point.

Muy interesantes tus ideas!!, en la ultima, la del foco, te tiro una sugerencia!, en lugar de haber usado cemento de secado rapido, una solución mas liviana es fundir plastico, como las tapas plasticas de refrescos, tal vez el vidrio no resista pero se puede usar de contenedor un tubo metalico hecho y preparado la medida. How would that be dangerous when its encased in a nonmetallic box in a two wire ungrounded system? Our double insulated tools and appliances do not require a ground either even on a grounded system. Your are not part of the circuit path if you're isolated by non metallic partition.
@@kimchee94112 When an outlet with ground contact is used, that ground contact MUST connected to ground!
@@Heidebubi Not arguing with that. Looks like he has an ungrounded system and used the wrong receptacle. To establish ground he needs to go through walls and then to the panel, drive ground rods, etc. Just change the outlet.
@@kimchee94112 : As you say they are double isolated, here live is at the output as well. Anyway, no surge protection, that's not good for radio appliances.

@@jeanpierrejeapec904 C'est vrai qu'il aurait pu mettre des rondelles éventails. D'autres pourraient ajouter un carter pour affiner l'idée.
Le principe de la vidéo c'est le système D, sinon les premiers prix d'une débroussailleuse sont abordables et en vente libre dans les magasins de bricolages.
Par contre, si on a une vieille disqueuse, c'est une bonne idée de recyclage avec le privilège et la fierté de dire que c'est home made!
Perso je pense que certains bricolage sont intéressants mais d'autres c'est vraiment ce faire chier pour rien exemple le grattoir d'angle 3 euros chez casto. Mais bon !!

Those flap disks get rounded over and smooth where you can no longer use them. He restored it to a usable condition by cutting off the smooth part. They aren't cheap so I am going to use his trick on mine to be able to use them again.
