Everyone has different tastes for affirmations...i have listened to hundreds, you have to feel it and be at your pace and wording ....I like to write the affirmations down on paper as I hear them and this gives a space to do so. Basically I have learnt and experienced everyone leaving or ignoring me due to struggles, even family friends so called holy men in pla es of worship, I only wanted a chat someone to speak to that's all , they all turned me aeay But then suddenly I came into lots of money then everyone loved me a million times over and had no struggle so they adored me 🙄🙄
Positive attitude is really great! But don’t force happiness, it only makes you feel worse. I think listening to this when already feeling good to boost your mood even more is great, otherwise can feel like listening to a bunch of lies. Thanks for the video though.
