Do not make laughter into a doing. Let it instead bubble up instead of stifling it. I may be wrong but I am not a great believer in forced laughter as an antidote to seriousness and guilt. When we are truly laughing, the whole body laughs.. we feel at one with ourselves and the whole universe. Instead of doing, allow. Allow your joy and freedom to express. Experiment!! Give up your fear and negativity.
