Sam: Thanks for letting me drive your very expensive Enzo, im just going to pop this camera over my face so i can hardly see, don't worry though it's in safe hands ... hahaha wonder what he thought when you did that. Awesome video as per usual Sam. Drive the world becoming my favorite youtube series
yeah just try holding a small object about the size of a GoPro Session (if you don't actually have a Session) just above your nose in between your eyes. You can still see normally in front of you since you can only partially see the object out of the inside corner of each eye.
this video really displays that no matter what kind of barriers we have with people around the world.... passion for the automotive industry can still bring us together and create amazing stories and laughs
I imagine that if Sam ever visited me in my home, he would greet me very pleasantly and politely before spending a frantic 20 minutes setting up his GoPros... and then we could settle down for a nice chat! Then a break to get some B-roll footage!
One of, if not thé best car video ever made. This displays the love and passion for cars that you have and we viewers share with you perfectley. Thanks for making this!
That Enzo was super, *super* clean. Even the inside of the tailpipes was absolutely spotless! Also did anyone else notice how even the battery trickle charger "wires" were kind of protected when they were simply hanging against the paintjob of car(s) inside of Mr. Miura's garage. I personally appreciate Mr. Miura kind of guys much much more than peoples like ... Salomondrin etc.
This is by far my favourite STG video ever... don’t even want to call them videos anymore, these are episodes! Congrats Sam. Your content is on a different league to the rest of the car youtubers. Thanks a lot for the quality content.
What a great video and brilliant start to Japan. Mr Miura is clearly a class act but although the Enzo must have been a treat for you, the real automotive class act of his collection has to be the Ferrari 275.
This channel must reach at least 900k subscriber by the end of 2019, all the vlog and videos are so interesting and satisfying to watch and also to be part of this trip is something that I can be proud of, keep it up Sam!!
A well deserved gift from someone who loves Ferraris to someone who loves Ferraris! I guess he really enjoyed your exhuberant enthusiasm just like we all do. Keep it up Sam!
I have seen this collection before but this video was incredible, those Ferrari guys were awesome, big thanks to them particularly Mr Miura, for sharing his collection with us and to you Sam for another great video. I’ve been subscribed since the day you picked up your Alfa 4c and instantly loved the channel so it’s great to see how successful and popular it’s become 👍
Getting all these varying cultural perspectives is really amazing. No matter what differences people hold, we petrol heads can always find common ground. Japan is really something, so unique.
I love that you can get so hyped for a car even after you have driven sooo many cars already and own a ferrari and porsche yourself. Truely a car enthousiast
The videos of this series are getting better and better! When I saw you at Icons By the Lake I never thought you would be doing this in two years time! Love watching these videos and can’t wait for the European Leg!
The F50 is one of the most beautiful Ferrari's. That back end is iconic! Its my no.1 here (In terms of looks). Followed by The Enzo and F40. But the F40 is my most favorite cars of all time though.
This is so cool, I had a similar experience my first time in the country as well. My AirBnB host owned a Ferrari 360 Modena which is personally my favorite Ferrari and he let me drive it around Tokyo. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
Sam you should go back to filming longer sections of your vids in POV. Watching the NSX-R and now the Enzo in POV allows me (and I assume others) to really get a better feel of how it is to drive those cars! I know you had to take it slower than you (and us) would have liked but when you were blasting the NSX-R through those hills in POV it was amazing
Videos of Japanese car culture are always the GOAT. I recognized Mr. Miura's (spelling lol?) collection from effspot's videos and I could already tell this was gonna be a good video.
The F50 with those rims is amazing :D Life is for sharing, love this guy :) I could feel your heartbeat through the screen. Funny he was wearing a Lamborghini jacket.
Wow! You content continues to amaze me. I'm spoilt for choice as to which of your vids so far on the tour is my favourite. The Pagani Evo in Hong Kong or the guy who built the Jag replica in Australia and now this. Can't wait for you next installment!
Awesome, Sam. Congratulations. This reminded me of why I miss Japan and the Japanese so much. When I lived in Japan I use to come across the most insane carparks with most insane cars, usually when I was rather intoxicated. I'll take the 275 and the 288, cheers. I love the Japanese fascination with left-hand drive cars, even though it's a right-hand drive country. "Winker-Winker." Love him. Geez, I miss
Sam you bit the bullet shipped your car to Aus and bought air tickets around the World, it's repaying you in spades, you have had so many cool hookups what a great gamble, "Fortune favors the bold"
Favorite Drive the World video thus far, absolutely smashed it, Sam! I hope you do some videos outside of supercar culture too while you're in Japan as the JDM tuner scene is so rich an interesting, that'd I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not checking it out to some extent.
WHAT IS THIS !??!?! Dude your content, honestly....I don't know where can you go next, but I can't wait to see it !! what game changer you've become with the Drive the World, in car youtuber comuunity, congrats. In Portugal Starbucks is on me !! ;)
Awsome video Sam and i'm proper made up for you getting to drive what is an amazing looking car that i to would love to drive. Enjoying the different locations and meeting these car collectors who actually drive their pride and joys...
Hard to beat the zonda vid from hong kong. But this really nice. When i heard about your world tour i was not expecting much vid wise for a year for me. But so far its been a pleasant surpruse lots of quality vids
What a lovely man Mr Miura is, letting you drive his Enzo only 2 hours after having met you for the first time ... and he seemed to be enjoying it as a passenger too.
Dude! This video is Top Gear / Grand Tour good!! I got goosebumps just watching this! I can't imagine how cool this was for you, Bro!! Amazing Stuff!!! 🔥🔥
Very nice! Don’t get me wrong - every car there is special, but in my book that collection consists of a 288 GTO and some other cars that are nice, I guess. I wouldn’t refuse any one of them, but the 288 GTO is IT for me. The Enzo is a close second - the F-40 and F-50 are a bit to visually out there for my tastes, but I agree they are absolutely necessary for a complete collection.
I never liked the Enzo's looks as a teen but I gotta say as it aged it's really grown on me. 16 years after its first production it's still one sexy beast of a car, still looks strikingly awesome and special... I'd say if you throw on it some updated led headlights and taillights... it might still pass as modern car that's being produced today. The Laferrari's too new to tell how it's aging, but that aside the F40 and Enzo are definitely my favourite Ferraris, and probably my favourites out of any car brand.
The 288 GTO is not seen often as they made about 272 as compared to 1315 F40s, vs 400+ Enzos' vs 500+ coupe and with at least 200 Aperta's. It's also maybe 2x more than an F40 or Enzo and almost the same as a La Ferrari. Lastsly 288 GTOs where never meant for or shipped to the USA by Ferrari for road use. A number of them did get ship[ped and fitted for road use. (federalized)
Japanese people are amazing, They are very passionate people who are very proud of their culture. Mr Miura is a true automobile enthusiast 👏🏽
What does he do for a living? To be able to afford this kind ofliving
Supreme Skills!!!
Ayrond A well he owns a ferrari dealership from what what said in the video, maybe more stuff too
Not only that but they're so Polite and very hard working people!
If they were they would rock Toyotas, not Italian Ferrari and Gucci.
That F50 and those F40s are absolutely amazing. By far my favourite.
that yellow one
Sam: Thanks for letting me drive your very expensive Enzo, im just going to pop this camera over my face so i can hardly see, don't worry though it's in safe hands ...
hahaha wonder what he thought when you did that. Awesome video as per usual Sam. Drive the world becoming my favorite youtube series
I thought exactly the same ! How can he sees something :P
Amazing comment haha
In one of this videos he said that it doesn't actually really obstruct his vision.
@@AnimilesYT Yeah, in his gear video he says he can see normally with it there.
yeah just try holding a small object about the size of a GoPro Session (if you don't actually have a Session) just above your nose in between your eyes. You can still see normally in front of you since you can only partially see the object out of the inside corner of each eye.
It keeps on getting better/crazier Sam!
Easily my favorite video of this series so far
Great work Sam!!! Super impressed.
Cheers from Singapore
I never liked your videos but ever since you started drive the world i can't stop watching your videos keep up the great videos
Same
Same no offence sam
Absolutely love Japan, can't go there without looking at some JDM legends and the Japanese Lambo scene!
It’s hard to spot a rare car in Japan unless someone is willing to take you to a meet. Hong Kong is easier.
@@apt62 walk around tokyo for 10 min you will see all sorts of supercar and classic cars
this video really displays that no matter what kind of barriers we have with people around the world.... passion for the automotive industry can still bring us together and create amazing stories and laughs
You're the most humble dude on the internet, I love your vids and the enzo is my fave car of all time too
Doug deMuro must be so jealous of you 😂😂😂
Damn.... Japanese car culture is more exciting than I thought
@Ho Lee Fok Doug's the type of guy to pick up prostitutes in GTA and drop them off in safer neighborhoods
@@PrinceDavid ahhahahahahhahhahahhahaha
@Ho Lee Fok the guy who got the shaft Down Under when a dealer let him review their Ferrari Enzo, but wouldn't let him drive it.
Nuhan Hidayat Japan and Hong Kong is awesome for petrolhead
@Ho Lee Fok the guy with the quirks and features 😉
I imagine that if Sam ever visited me in my home, he would greet me very pleasantly and politely before spending a frantic 20 minutes setting up his GoPros... and then we could settle down for a nice chat! Then a break to get some B-roll footage!
Lamborghini jacket while driving ferrari :')
Haha he likes to play the field
Chaos!
Nothing is sacred.
Wasn't Sam wearing a Porsche jacket?
And a ”CHINA” cap 😱
wearing a lambo jacket while driving an enzo... beast
and a china cap in japan
One of, if not thé best car video ever made. This displays the love and passion for cars that you have and we viewers share with you perfectley. Thanks for making this!

I personally appreciate Mr. Miura kind of guys much much more than peoples like ... Salomondrin etc.
I find it amazing how well the Enzo's design has aged over the last 17 years. It still is and always be an absolute beast.
This is by far my favourite STG video ever... don’t even want to call them videos anymore, these are episodes! Congrats Sam. Your content is on a different league to the rest of the car youtubers. Thanks a lot for the quality content.

A well deserved gift from someone who loves Ferraris to someone who loves Ferraris! I guess he really enjoyed your exhuberant enthusiasm just like we all do. Keep it up Sam!
Mr. Miura is such a gentleman. I wish I knew which wise words he told you. Another great automotive and human moment, Sam!
actually fell in love with this thing this video! i’m 21 and it’s never been huge on my radar but WOW that POV
That 512 is stunning. Defo love the 50’s and 40’s also. Amazing collection. The gent is very lucky. Silver Enzo stands proud with the colour.
What a great day. Great Respect to Mr. Miura for his generosity and class. And his collection is just jaw dropping amazing.
One of your best video so far. Great people, great culture, great cars. Enjoyed every seconds of it!
Japanese people are amazing. I want to go to Japan one day, it's my dream. Love this episode
This is now my favourite video. Dude, love the honesty and sheer humility - nice work.

A fabulous video, Sam. Thanks for sharing. You’ve now experienced Japanese omotenashi first-hand. Wonderful.
Unbelievable - what a couple of legends. Great to see you drive the Enzo, all the DTW content has been great; keep it up

As far as car videos on TH-cam goes, this one is up there as one of my absolute favorites! Thanks Sam!
Drive the world is by far the best TH-cam series I’ve ever watched! Keep up the good work
Thanks for taking us along for the ride on this one Sam. Just brilliant 👍
I literally felt Sam's excitement! The Enzo is literally my favourite car of all time. Awesome video.
Sam I can literally feel your genuine emotions trough the video unlike so many Clarkson copycats type saying "ho-ho-ho it's so fast..."
This is amazing! Japan is top of my bucket list not just to experience their car culture but their lifestyle as well!
Brilliant video, I've been to Japan and the people are amazing, the loveliest, nicest, most welcoming people on earth.
The videos of this series are getting better and better! When I saw you at Icons By the Lake I never thought you would be doing this in two years time! Love watching these videos and can’t wait for the European Leg!
Half way around the world. Car lovers. The common language between you two. Great video, Sam. I think it ranks among your top 2-3 ever.
What an amazing experience! What a gentleman and legend for him to let you drive the Enzo. Unreal.
