To unlock playstyle+ is to get and MAINTAIN 65% in one playstyle. Once you max out your playstyle, if one of the sets is at or above 65%, you get playstyle+ (you choose where to put it).
Focus on one style to put points in, dont put points elsewhere (focus on Maveric, virtuoso, or the third one), unless you can maintain a 65%, 25%, 10% to unlock an extra partial set.

If you want to unlock more play styles you should do activities/training sessions that are related to a certain personality eg. Virtuoso,Maverick and Heartbeat so like reading a book about a como legend might give you virtuoso points so you can unlock a virtuoso play style
