Yeeeeeeeessssss! My song is here! Aaaaahhhhh! It's so good! Thank you Brandon! The money was well worth it! This song was amazing and all of my friends loved it as well! And a thank you to Dek for making the track art. Hello everyone, commissioner here! This was just one match-up I had to get done. I honestly wanted this mainly for Kat as i love Gravity Rush a lot as one of my favorite games series. Finding an opponent was tough for a while until I decided on Uraraka for their close enough similarities. Both girls are teenage heroes and are capable of gravitational manipulation. However, in an actual fight, this is a complete wash in Kat's favor. Uraraka may have been professionally trained, but Kat's sheer gravitational prowess completely blows her out of the water and worse. Being able to turn yourself into a Mirco Black Hole is kinda OP don't cha know? :p Anywho, i love this song a lot. I'm glad it came out this well. I'm definitely getting another song done in the next volume and i hope you guys will be able to listen to more of Brandon's wonderful talent! Not just these "What If" songs, but his regular stuff too. I hope to get a bunch more commissions done in the future as well. I'm just brimming with ideas, but i might be getting ahead of myself after thinking of 21 of them! XD
Here I thought I was the only one who thought of this matchup, but damn, 6 minutes is something else. Rip Ochako lol but I'm glad to see a fellow Gravity Rush appreciator.
@@NobleJackal Yes, i love both the games. Especially 2. I definitely wanted it to be long because i enjoy longer songs. It will be a shame though since Gravity Rush may no longer get another game. :( The creator and his crew left Sony to make their own studio. Though they have stated they would love to continue making his old works with them again, it's a very unlikely situation considering Sony's priorities and how they seem to treat Gravity Rush. Barely marketed at all, they cut the online after only a year i think which caused a fan outcry, it's just sad. I want Kat to have as much attention as possible.
What I think Boomstick's pun for this would be; "Seems like Uraraka couldn't understand the GRAVITY of her situation." Also, the way that I think Kat would win(since I looked at a lot of info for both of them and found out that Kat ultimately beats Uraraka by a large margin)would be that she would incapacitate her by removing her ability to make things float before going in for the kill(preferably by using something gravity related for some irony points lol, like how in Nathan Drake vs Lara Croft, Nathan was ultimately killed by the one thing that had kept him alive/saved his own life multiple times in Uncharted: his own luck)
While this battle is a clear Kat victory, that is mostly due to her abilities. The fight itself could be very entertaining and fun, especially with all the movement, floating, and gravity around the field. You can have them shooting stuff at each other like what Ochako tried against Bakugo, using Kat's abilities to counter Ochako's strategies, and the ending being the black hole thing sucking in Ochako. One of my most wanted fights just cause of how they can mess with the battlefield and how fun they would talk to each other.
Dunno if Kat would end with the black hole, but it's certainly an insta-win move for sure. She also has her signature move she usually uses the Spiral Claw.
For the kill it would be Kat used her black hole technique so Uravity used her grappling hooks to latch on to a surface and get away and even making herself weightless to make it easier to climb away but her rope breaks and she is dragged in so fast that she can’t even scream leaving behind a single tear forever floating in the sky to remain forever as the only remnant of Ochako KO

They really should make this match~ I'm hoping they're just waiting for the entirety of MHA to run its course so, they can be sure to get Ochako's full potential.
@@iguanaboi3921 Yeah and, they put All Might in a Death Battle because, it was clear he had reached his peak a long time ago and, at this point it's clear he's not going to make any super human feats to note. Also, "If they do it before mha then-" ............. What do you mean by that??? Did you mean if they do it before MHA's ending? Because that's too early from what I'm talking about. Since Ochako's character role is as "main" as Todoroki, Asui, Momo or, Bakugo but not "The Main Character" that Deku is, she's one of those characters that gets to develop her character all throughout the entire series including any super human feats she pulls off so, waiting until after MHA has come to an end to gauge the peak of her potential would actually make more sense. ................. @@sarmeister1699 well, if I remember correctly, one of her abilities involves summoning a small black hole. That alone puts her above Uraraka. Then she has a super form to boost her stats and give health regen as well.
Yes, i can't ever forget it. I beat both games and the DLC as well. It's an absolute shame that the creator may not work on the series again after him and his team left Sony. :(
That art is beautiful and fits Gravity Rush's style so well. Kat is one of my favorite protagonists in recent years and Gravity Rush's gameplay always makes me feel free, like I can do anything with the amount of free movement in the game. This track makes me feel like that too, like I can move anywhere and do anything on a whim.
Yeah, i feel like the game doesn't get enough credit for that. To be a full on 3D game and still be able to actually fly anywhere you want while still having a good camera? Like bro, it's literally near flawless in performance.
Well I don't who this Kat or what Gravity rush but Ochaco is one of my favorite character of Mha and the music is like always great and the art good. 4:30 Man I didn't know that Ochaco was so Rock n roll but when thinking about her often serious attitude in fights and the music in My hero academia opening it does make sense
Idea: funky kong (Donkey kong) VS Etemon (digimon) and the soundtrack could maybe be called “monkey see, monkey dual” or maybe not but a pretty neat idea
Battle of the pure of heart, gravity-manipulating heroines who are both incredibly awkward around their love interests? I dig it. Should probably wait until My Hero ends though, in case Ochako gets anything new. Because as she is right now, she dies horribly and that's sad. As for the battle track itself: It's pretty great. It's a bit more fast-paced then what I was expecting for both of them, but I still like it regardless.
@@henryishenry2009 As far as I'm aware, Kat has better control over gravity, and can quite easily just... make Uraraka fly to space and suffocate, or just straight suck the air out of her, I don't know if that's possible but with gravity control pretty much anything is possible, Kat's just more overall well quipped, and has better options for taking Uraraka out, while Uraraka kind of relies on close quarters and rarely uses her gravity manip.
@@henryishenry2009 Uraraka, in all honesty, has no real offensive capabilities that could help her against Kat. Because her powers relies on her touching an object to make them float, her options will end up becoming limited compared to Kat who can pick up objects surrounding her more easily without effort. Not to mention Kat being much faster and a bit stronger. Ochako doesn't have the means to put down Kat.
similar powers, never saw MHA so maybe same personalities, both upstart heroes who are just in it to help people, but that's where the similarities I know of end and plenty comments say that kat stomps. don't know any other matchups for these characters though, and the cover art, track, and fight possibilities with all kinds of stuff flying everywhere all slap like a Spanish mom's slipper so because I wanna see kat get some recognition outside of a poorman's smash bros, I too will advocate for this.
See as much as I love this score (seriously great job), man this match up hurts. It's basically gravity powers-lite (Uraraka) vs actual gravity powers (Kat) lol. Uraraka *might* have hand to hand edge but it really wouldn't come down to that very often considering the multiple ways Kat can beat her before even getting close. Hell getting close is a bad idea since that's just a free gravity field and then she could just fling Uraraka away.
It’s too bad that Kat just completely overshadows Ochako in every way. The best way the fight could be depicted is if they’re sparring and Kat accidentally kills Ochako because she overestimated her. (Although knowing Death Battle, they’d say something stupid like the fight isn’t completely one sided despite how outclassed Ochako is) Anyway, the song is really well done. I’m happy to see representation for Gravity Rush. Those games deserve so much more love. It’s one of my favorite game series of all time and seeing it get a chance like this always makes me happy.
@@inuholmes2659 We don't know what kind of training Kat got before her amnesia, but her default seeing is "kick the ass of an entire martial arts school in pure melee combat in a handful of minutes, including their notably superhuman ace."

I feel like the people that reduce Kat to JUST the Macro Black Hole are underselling how much of a stomp this matchup is. Like, I'm not exaggerating when I say that Kat can either counter or adapt to most of Uraraka's usual moves. For example, I’ll explain one of Kat’s basic abilities: -Stasis Field: Kat releases a omnidirectional pulse from her body that causes nearby objects to enter a state of gravitational stasis, after which she can easily manipulate them (Looks sorta like telekinesis). She can produce the pulse at any time while doing any action, in quick succession, without any mayor effect on her stamina and it reflects both physical and energy projectiles. Kat can also manifest the ability as a longer lasting spherical field that surrounds her, but it has a lot less reach (This is how the ability worked in Gravity Rush 1). If she equips the "Auto-Stasis" talisman, it allows her to pull nearby objects into her stasis field automatically. She can also charge her field, which causes the objects in it to move faster when thrown, track enemies automatically and drill into them causing massive damage. This ability alone screws Uraraka in more ways than one. It pretty much counters any strategy that includes dropping something on Kat. She can't even take her by surprise because of Auto-Stasis. I’m gonna give Ochako the benefit of the doubt and say that, because Zero Gravity nullifies the effect of gravity on objects, Stasis Field wouldn’t be able to affect or reflect objects that had been affected by ZG before, but that still means that, at a distance, Ochako would be throwing nearby objects one at a time while Kat can throw anything in the near vicinity at a much faster rate, less risk and a lot more accuracy and capability of doing damage, putting Ochako on the defensive constanly. It also forces her to always be on Zero Gravity, unless she wants to discover what the nearest wall is made of. All this to say Uraraka is completely outgunned in long and medium range (Mind you, this is not Kat’s only ability at long/medium range), and because Kat can fly and Uraraka lacks ways to close the distance or force her to get close, that means that if Kat decides to never approach, she just wins. But let’s say that Kat decides to approach. This is Ochako’s best case scenario as she specializes in CQC. Her main ability allows her to disable gravity’s effect on anything she touches, which immobilizes most opponents (This would take away Kat’s ability to shift her own gravity). She has also trained in the Gun-Head Martial Arts, which specializes in grappling and immobilization using the opponent own strength against them, mostly by grabbing the opponent by the wrist. And even though she only received training for a single summer, she’s pretty much a prodigy. She also knows how to use both of these together in order to slam the opponent into the ground with great force. But even though Kat definitely isn’t in as much of an advantage as in long/medium range, she still wins the interaction. Let me explain: While Kat has never trained in martial arts, for some reason, she’s still a really REALLY good martial artist. To give you an idea, without any powers, she 1v100 the best students in the best dojo in the city at the same time and won with hardly any difficulty and then proceeded to beat their teacher, Fi, who’s from a warrior clan, armed with a whip(He uses it to swing around the arena like spider-man), has been training since childhood and is capable enough to hold back the grounded forces of a militia on his own. Ochako’s good, but sorry, she’s not this good. The fact that Kat fights using mostly kicks, which I don’t think Uraraka has never had to face with her fighting style that focuses mostly on grabbing the wrist, while Kat has fought grapplers like Kali Angel before, doesn’t help matters either. Neither does Kat’s ability to create extremely strong short-range shockwaves that can send the other people flying. But ok, let’s say that Ochako manages to get Kat in a grapple and apply Zero Gravity. From there, she can either immobilize her or throw her against the ground. The former is a really bad idea, as it doesn’t really deal damage and Kat can just get out of it using the Wormhole Kick (An ability that allows her to teleport short distances). And the latter isn’t a lot better, because, in case you don’t know, Kat is kinda used to slamming against the ground and is immune to fall damage. And any damage that isn’t mayor, Kat can just heal off with the Auto-Heal talisman. In either case, Kat’s still under the effect of Zero Gravity, which means she’s immobilized and can’t fight like this, right? Well, not really. Kat has a transformation called Lunar style, which allows her to be almost completely weightless, meaning that she would probably adapt her fighting style to being fully weightless pretty fast. And, as I just mentioned, she can teleport short distances and also push herself of the air as if it was solid, like shown in Gravity Rush Overture Part B, meaning that she still has really good mobility and can still fight both in long, medium and short range. That pretty much leaves Uraraka without any win conditions. And I could keep going, I haven’t even mentioned half of what she can do. Like, for example, Kat has another ability called Gale Zone, which allows her to create tornado-like winds that destroy or blow away anything in extremely close proximity to her, making her pretty much impervious to damage. But I think I made my point clear. Rant over.
Ok, now I am aware of Ochako's quirk awakening, and I have to say, now she has way more of a fighting chance. One of the main thing that Ochako had going against her (aside from the fact that Kat can turn into a black hole) is that she's a mostly close range fighter that didn't really have a way to approach, that she couldn't force Kat to approach and that Kat could just pelt her to death with the stasis field. Now, with her ability to spread Zero Gravity through a large group of abjects as long as they are touching each other, that means that she could apply ZG to all objects in the area, depriving Kat of ammo and forcing her to either approach or have to go farther away to get shit to throw. That's without mentioning that if Kat ever touches the ground or Ochako manages to hook her, she can also apply ZG to her from a distance. Does that mean that Ochako has a chance at winning?? Not really. Kat can still carpet bomb her with the Gravity Typhoon, an ability that allows her to create and throw her own ammo (Those being sharp rocks that explode on contact) at a way faster rate and speed than with the Stasis Field. Not to mention that her awakening doesn’t really help her at close range, Ochako still doesn’t have a wincon and she really doesn’t have a way deal with Gale Zone, Kat shifting the air or creating shockwaves or Panther Mode as a whole. BUT it still is a REALLY big improvement.
Edit: Nevermind, I read the rest of it. OBJECTION! As far as Martial Arts are concerned, Kat has fought Fi, the most skilled Martial Artist of the Lhao Tribe, she has also faced Kali Angel who was strong enough to do dropkicks that sent her through walls, judo throws that crack the ground, and a pile diver that could yank her out of the sky.
@@gimmeyourrights8292 That's what I'm talking about. Kat is surprisingly capable and already has experience fighting grapplers, while I don't think Ochako has ever fought someone who mainly attacks by kicking. There's also the thing that, when grappling, you have to use your own weight in order to grapple someone. But if Ochako has weight while near Kat, she's gonna be splatted against the wall, meaning that Ochako's grappling capabilities would be extremely limited.
@@gimmeyourrights8292 Yeah, Kat has a lot of abilities that can pretty much end the fight. For example, a charged Stasis Field, Gravity Typhoon and I'd even say the Surge Kick (Ochako would probably dodge the kick, but get caught off guard by the shock-wave).
@@GmNdWtchr96 I asked Brandon one time and he says he will send it when the commissioner is satisfied with it, it turns out he makes different versions to see if it's the right one as he said he was working on the 8th version.
Her quirk awakening would increase the probability of Kat approaching (which was a big issue for Ochako before) by nullifying the effects of gravity of most object in the area and thus disabling Kat's ability to throw them with the stasis field. It would also increase the chance of Ochako being able to apply ZG to Kat, because if she touches the ground, Uraraka could touch the ground and apply it to her that way. But Kat still stomps. Kat can still carpet bomb her from a distance with the Gravity Typhoon, become pretty much untouchable with Gale Zone, overwhelm her with Panther Mode, etc... And even if she get ZGed, she would probably adapt her fighting style pretty quickly to having no weight, due to her being used to having almost no weight thanks to Lunar Style, and would still be able to move around quickly with the Wormhole Kick and by pushing off the air as if it was solid (Like she does in Gravity Rush Overture B). Not to mention that Ochako wouldn't be able to grapple her with GHMA because, in order to grapple someone, you need to use your own weight. And if Ochako has weight while near Kat, she will probably discover what the nearest wall is made of the hard way.
Alright everyone, you know what time it is, It's Script Time Startup: the fight takes place in a market place next to a city, Kat has just bought herself a kebab and is gushing about how tasty it looks, when all of a sudden Ochako Uraraka, aka Uravity (wearing her Hero outfit) accidentally bumps into her, causing her to drop the kebab by mistake, which then gets trampled on, turns out Ochako was running to a "meet-up" ("not a date" she told herself) with Izuku Midorya, aka Deku, her best friend who she totally does not have a crush on, and was on the lookout for him when she crashed into Kat. Now that her kebab was ruined, she gets angry with the person who dared to interrupt her mealtime, that's when "Zero Gravity Rush" Ques 0:00 Kat screams which turns the pull of gravity all around her upside down and they both start falling up into the air, Ochako struggles to regain her ballence but she uses her quirk to save herself from falling up anymore, and she is now suspended in mid air *Ochako: phew* But just then she gets kicked by Kat, and the fight begins 0:18 The two of them start brawling in the air around the market place, kicking and punching each other around, they crash into stalls every so often creating debris that just floats around them as they fight, and even using their powers to throw said debris at each other (LET YOUR IMAGINATIONS GO WILD WITH THIS ONE 😄) 0:35 Kat then inverts Gravity again, this time towards the city, so she falls sideways towards the buildings, and Ochako happens to be in her flight path, she slams into her and they both fall towards the city, however Ochako then slaps Kat in the face and uses her quirk on her forcing her to stop falling and is just suspended in mid air, meanwhile Ochako uses her grappling hooks to grab a nearby floating bench, and swings it towards Kat, it hits her and slams her into a window of a building, Ochako then floats herself towards the same building and releases, which causes anything she touched previously to no longer float including Kat, the debris then starts falling sideways, towards the city (it's raining sideways) 0:49 Kat gets back up and the two of them go at it again, running along the walls of the building, at one point Kat uses her spiral claw attack on Ochako and they start breaking apart the building along the way, which then leads to Kat inverting gravity once again towards the sky and she soars up towards the sky, along with the floating debris, she kicks Ochako along the way and they start chasing each other through the sky falling rocks, stalls, benches and other flying objects, all the while Kat and Ochako are battling each other intensely as they fly towards the sky (but this isn't flying, this is falling, with style (I just had to throw that in there somewhere)), while they're fighting, Ochako is using her quirk on as many objects as she can, and as we follow their battle, it is all caught in one continuous shot 1:10 At this point they are now above the clouds, when finally Kat inverts Gravity back towards the ground again, Ochako grabs hold of Kat and then grapples them both down through a floating archway and they land on a metal platform before Ochako grapples two boulders into Kat which launches her through a wall and into a familiar looking arena, they appear to have ended up in Amity Coliseum where the Gravity Biome setting is currently still active, Ochako follows suit, though she's not looking too good, in fact she looks like she's feeling a bit nauseous, Kat figures it must be due to all of the floating, and decides to use that to her advantage 1:33 Kat activates her field and catches Ochako in it, they float towards the floating blocks of the Gravity Biome, and their fight continues with them running up and down and sideways and all over the place along the tops, sides and undersides of each of these floating blocks (once again use your imaginations) 2:04 At this point Ochako is floating after Kat when she suddenly gets hit by a rock thrown at her from underneath her she falls but before she hits the bottom, she saves herself by using her quirk to stop and propel herself back upwards towards the floating blocks (exactly like in RWBY Volume 7 during the fight between Ironwood and Watts when Ironwood get blasted by the geyser and then saves himself with his Gravity gun), Ochako regains her footing and resumes the chase 2:10 Kat floats up into the air and uses her Gravity Typhoon attack where she summons several spiked rocks and crates from out of thin air and throws them at Ochako rapid fire, Ochako does her best to avoid them, jumping from platform to platform, but still touching as much as she can so that she can use the effects of her quirk on them too, because all this time since the battle on the wall of the building in the city, Ochako has had a plan up her sleeves that Kat hasn't noticed yet 2:27 Ochako then fires her grappling hook at Kat which latches onto her leg and then she gets slammed back down into the middle of the arena *Ochako: alright, that should be enough* *Kat: enough? What are you talking abo- (note: I don't play Gravity Rush so I don't actually know what Kat would and wouldn't say, so please correct me if I get her character wrong in any way)* Just then, Kat realises something, and looks up, she sees all of the debris and objects that Ochako has been touching to use her quirk on floating above the arena *Ochako: all this time I've been collecting debris with my quirk, and I've been saving it for this, RELEASE!* Ochako now releases her quirk allowing all of it to fall on top of Kat, she plans to bury her under it all, she tries to save herself but it's too late, the debris lands on top of her, one by one, two by two, several by several until a huge dome has formed in the centre of the arena, Ochako, still feeling nauseous, throws up off camera, and thinks it's over, until something unexpected happens... 3:30 A strange black cat that looks like it's made of space comes along and jumps up onto the top of the pile of debris, it's Dusty, who is the source of Kat's power, and once he is there, the arena begins to shake as a rumbling sound can now be heard coming from within the pile of debris, just then it explodes and then implodes, being sucked in towards a point of interest within, Kat has just turned into a mini black hole to free herself, and intends to catch Ochako in it 3:40 Ochako tries to run away but it's too strong, so she latches onto a wall with her grappling hooks and pulls herself towards the outside of the arena to get to safety, but the mini black hole is moving towards her, slowly but surely, however pieces of the arena are being sucked in as well, and it is becoming more and more unstable by the second, eventually the arena explodes 3:51 Ochako and Kat are now suspended floating in mid air, high above the ground, they're both worn down and low on energy, however Kat isn't quite done yet, Dusty comes along and snuggles up into Kat's arms as she looks angrily at Ochako, who has been a thorn in her side this whole fight, she and Dusty now fuse together to form Kat's Panther Mode, which replenishes her health and amps up her powers, now Ochako is in for a world of pain 4:14 Kat starts scratching Ochako with her claws, and unleashing a furious barrage of Combo attacks at her heading back down to the earth (yet again, use your imaginations) 4:59 But unfortunately for Kat, her Panther Mode doesn't last forever, and it eventually runs out, though they eventually reach the ground and she's sure she's done enough to finish Ochako off, but surprisingly, Ochako is still standing *Kat: you can't seriously still think you can win, just give up already* *Ochako: a true Hero never gives up, I will win, like Deku, like All Might, I just have to go... beyond!* 5:11 Ochako still has a bit of strength left in her, even with her nausea and her battle wounds, she fights back, and even though she now is struggling in her weakened state, she does manage to get the drop on Kat a few times, even tricking her at one point by taking her helmet off and making her attack it when Ochako was actually right behind Kat, this allows her to fire her grappling hook straight at Kat, which impales her, now Kat is weakened 5:37 So as a last ditch effort she transforms into a black hole again, hoping it would pull Ochako in, Ochako anchors herself to the ground with her grappling hook but this time, she's an awful lot closer to it, and she's running out of time, she needs to seal her up with more debris to give her time to figure out a new strategy, but will it work this time, or will she just be caught in the black hole? Well, I guess you'll just have to use your imaginations yet again won't you? Edit: If you caught the RWBY reference (I'm not talking about the one in Brackets) you get a cookie 🍪 What do you think? 5:45: she manages to seal herself in enough debris to hold her down at with metal covering the outside, except for one. Despite all of the stuff, it all gets sucked in. Kat then stops the black hole and heads over to where Ochako was, but when she reaches the spot, she sees a hole in the ground, and is impaled through the head by a pointed traffic light, which Ochako kept as part of a last minute plan. Ochako crushed the gravel underneath her to get out of the black holes pull until she got an opening. The debris was cover so Kat couldn't see what she was planning. After climbing out (and possibly losing her lunch in the process) she remembers what she was doing. Ochako:"I need to (gag) get going!" And so, she continues to go to her "meet up" with Izuku. AWESOME!!!!! I LOVED this. I even overwhelmed myself with the imagination sections, which I don't often do. I kinda got random with my ending but I think it works. Cole2.0 Crossman yes it was, it was where Ironwood and Watts fought in Volume 7, I just thought that two girls with Gravity powers fighting in a Gravity based location would be pretty fitting
Eh, doesn't seem that trustworthy. I'd put Kat at city personally which would be more than enough to put Uraraka down since both should be equal in stats with Kat negating a lot of Uraraka's stuff but then again, I've heard if Uraraka got a good speed buff she could utilize durability negation to take a win so it ain't all that bad.
I don't agree with the arguments for Uni Kat, but I also don't know of dura negation for Ochaco. Regardless, atm I'd say Kat wins, better abilities across the board, and likely relatively equal stats.
Fantastic song! Personally I’d prefer Uraraka fight a different steampunk gravity manipulator, Ange from Princess Principal, since I think that’s a fairer fight, but this would be cool too.
This is a great song in all, but a lot of these commissions and fan ideas for Death Battles are extremely one-sided, I mean sure Uraraka is a good fighter and all, her powers really don't compare to Kat's, I mean all Uraraka can do is make things float, and make things fall, and she has to physically touch the objects with her fingertips in order to do so, but Kat literally controls gravity itself, and can change the direction of gravity for herself and the things around her without any physical contact, and can even create miniature black holes, unfortunately the two just really don't compare
I love the song, but it's a matchup I'm not all that fond of since it's an incredibly obvious stomp in favor of Kat, something that I'm not a fan of. Granted, Death Battle stomps are relatively common now, but this one is as blatantly one sided as Venom vs Crona
I know, but i really wanted a Gravity Rush match up and there was no other opponents that i can think of that actually have any similarities to Kat other than just "Hey, gravity powers!" and even then gravity based opponents were kinda hard to come by.
@@kurimc.mystic5341 Yeah, that's understandable considering she has to work with what she's got. I wouldn't say her chances are impossible though. All of Kat's power stems from Dusty. If she could somehow figure out how to elimate him from the equation then yea Uraraka would probably take the match up, but otherwise, yeah it's a free ticket to cheek clappin hour.
@@ShogunPlasma Well they did place mha characters at lightning speed through Dark Shadow. It's likely she can scale there too, although I got no clue how fast Kat actually is
@@kurimc.mystic5341 Kat has actually dodged lightning as well. In the second to final boss fight in the second game, you fight Elektricitie. A literal goddess of lightning. Kat is capable of dodging her lightning bolts. Kat's panther form also gives her the speed of such a creature as well as she assumes a panther's body as she's running in the air.
Also uraraka is kind weak and the only thing she can do with gravit is make weighless. Shiki and kat on the other hand are much more versatile in the way the use gravity.
Here's some MHA ideas. 1: Kyouka Jirou vs. Toxtricity (Pokemon) name: Rock Out 2: Denki Kaminari vs. Remi (UnOrdinary Webtoon) name: Shocking Heroes 3: Fantasy-verse Deku vs. The Luminary (Dragon Quest 11) name: Fantasy for All 4: Tsuyu Asui vs. Toad (Marvel) name: Amphibians 5: Stain vs. Damian Wayne (DC Comics) name: Lethal Justice
Honestly for the wins of the match ups IDK on the first one Remi wins cause she can absorb electricity from John who is way stronger Luminary kinda stomps cause of dragon quest characters being on par with some final fantasy characters From what I know about marvel I think tsu might win Damian beats stain I would say another for fair match up is maybe. Imma edit this later. Edit: a good stain match is probably Amon too or zabuza , these two are just other suggestions
Such a fight would be one-sided and nowhere near fair. Kat has all sorts of gravity manipulating talents that extend far beyond floating or flight, while Ochaco only has an emitter variant of zero gravity. Not knocking the song at all, but here's hoping this matchup never comes to fruition. Find Kat a different opponent.
I would love to, but there aren't many opponents that really do it justice. Gravity wielders aren't plentiful as they appear and a lot of them don't really compare to Kat in the same way Uraraka does. Yes, the match up itself is unfair in terms of an actual fight, but she's the only one that makes perfect sense out of anyone that i've found.
@@ShogunPlasma Don’t worry. I’ve go you covered on that. Dante Zogratis (Black Clover) Jet (Denma) Blackbeard (One Piece) Gravimon (Digimon) Aion (Chrono Crusade) Any one of them would make for a closer match since, like Kat, their gravity powers extend beyond floating/flight. Personally, I think Jet would provide the fairest fight, but arguments can be made for someone else.

Ok, let me get back on track with these. So, an almost 6 minute track. Aight. It gets _kinda_ repetitive at times, but it's enjoyable nonetheless. I like the rock in it, and it fits Uraraka at times. I haven't played Gravity Rush to 100% say if it fits Kat. However, the cover art is sick. The MUs fine, it's a nice Uraraka alt. However, I do prefer Koichi slightly and she gets kinda wrecked. Yeah, Kat's around the Uni lvls of power, so oof.
@@Redrunner613 oh hi red. Tbh with or without Uni I feel Kat just, blitzes and haxes. Ochaco's hax is... certainly not much and I think she doesn't have a counter to Kat's black holes.
I have an idea: Alfonse vs. Euden (Fire Emblem vs. Dragalia Lost). The track name would be Otherworldly Princes, and it would be a piece with lyrics and choir. Thank you!
@@esteban8471 I guess, but I hate that match because that is literally the only thing they have in common. And besides they turn into dragons in totally different ways. Euden borrows the forms of dragons, kind of like Ben 10 (although I don’t think Euden should fight Ben since while in his game, he can form pacts with multiple dragons, he isn’t really known for doing that like Ben 10 is), whereas Corrin is part dragon and has a dragon form similar to Jake Long. That is why I feel like Jake would be a better opponent for Corrin, and I doubt that’s the only option. Euden and Alfonse have literally everything in common. They are both princes of their kingdoms and the whole world seems to rely on them. They have a twin sister whom they are very close to (Sharena and Zethia respectively) as well as an “evil counterpart” whom they are supposedly “destined to fight,” although they never do (Veronica and Nedrick Respectively). They have a large Fairy as one of their main companions (Peony and Notte respectively), and one of their arch-enemies is a trickster who tends to avoid conflict (Loki and Harle respectively). Their families are known for possessing a unique trait (the ability to open gates to new worlds and the ability to form pacts with dragons respectively). Their fathers died by sacrificing themselves by absorbing some kind of curse that was meant for them. I could go on. The only drawback is that is a little unfair since Euden has an ace up his sleeve that Alfonse would never be able to counter. Since dragons are the norm in Fire Emblem, I don’t think Alfonse will struggle that much to take on Midgardsormer, but is Euden uses his secret weapon, than it would be an instant win.
@@christopherwallace7903 I get that, but Alphonse and Sharena are not twins. They look nothing alike. Just wanted to clear that up. But I get where you're coming from. One of my personal biggest matchups is Link vs Micah (Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask vs Rune Factory 3) since they're both blond warriors who get stronger and motivated from the relationships with others, save entire towns and can transform into monsters. That, and they use a plethora of weapons and abilities.
Funny, when i read Alphone I immediately thought to Fullmetal Alchemist and might think that fight would be interesting. Euden and Alphonse Elric are both brothers with a burden of trying to help each other (even though Al's case would be more like Zethia's). Al's body is that of a suit of armor would be kinda fantasy-esque. One has magic to fuse with dragons, the other can do alchemy without transmutation circles. Also Al has some prince aspirations (at least in Mai's imagination). And they're both pretty easy going, helpful good-doers that want to help everyone.

I've played both gravity Rush games but I dont remember how powerful Kat was so idk who wins this. I still guess I wouldn't oppose to this happening at some point.
She can turn herself into a Black Hole. That's basically all she needs. :p But she could also remove someone's gravity, create gravitational vortexes akin to tornados, and her panther form is stupid levels of strong.
Kat. I actually explained it in another comment, but basically Kat can turn herself into a black hole and has her Panther Form which increases her speed drastically, omni-directional movement in the air or ground, immense healing factor, and has deadly claws while in that form. Even if Uraraka touched her, Kat has 100% perfect control of her own gravity so she can just shift herself out of zero gravity. The only, ONLY way Uraraka can win is if she can somehow kill her cat Dusty. He's the source of all of Kat's gravity powers. Of course, she would need to know that and still pull it off as Dusty doesn't just stand still to get hit. Although if they're seperated far enough Kat will still lose her powers that way too. However, i dont see that happening as Dusty is actually very smart for a cosmic cat.
I hate this matchup so much because it's a complete stomp and there aren't any connections between the two other than their powers (vaguely) and their sex, but this track is an absolute BANGER!
I know most of the people here say Uraraka's Quirk can't hold a candle to Kat's powers, but what about fist to fist? Uraraka did get combat lessons from Gunhead.
That's the one thing Uraraka does have, professional training in CQC and disarming people. Kat actually can hold her own in martial combat as she kicks in a Tai Kwan Do fashion. So i don't see Uraraka just overwhelming her easily. Plus in 2 she got these bracings that allow her to change her gravity to being even lighter or heavier which also changer her normal attacks. In Lunar style (Lighter) she has extremely light gravity and essentially floats and can lunge very far and has this weird bunny hop looking kicks. In Juptier style (Heavier) she gets weighed down and relies on these sloppy arm waving attacks, but they hit very hard. Enough to break the bone armor off of tough Nevi enemies in a few hits. Her dodge in Jupiter is also replaced with a blocking guard stance which has allowed her to tank some very hefty strikes. I honestly think Uraraka 'could' subdue Kat in CQC, but Kat's extremely slippery and has experience fighting against many melee based Nevi as well as characters like Kali Angel who is an absolute powerhouse.
@@partygamerX So that suddenly means Kat is a trained Martial Artist? I mean, I know exactly what you're talking about, but it was like 100 students of a master vs a gravity shifter. You could even switch to Kats other Gravity Forms to take them out too. Not much of a contest. It's like Dynasty Warriors where you just take out a shitload of cannon fodder instead of an actual threat.
That's kinda wild! Although Uraraka's either getting sliced in half by Panther form or she's getting absorbed in her Micro Black Hole. Kat wouldn't even need the Gravity Sphinx mode. Thats just overkill. :p
@@houldenmelville5530 It's that, or i can also see Kat uses her stasis on an object and flinging it. Possibly impaling Uraraka to a wall or something like a railway rifle from Fallout 3. There's also that other stasis move in Juptier style. I forget the name, but Kat creates a gigantic ball out of junk and shoots it. Could crush her that way. If nothing else, i could see Kat's traditional finishing move with the Spiral Claw and just bore a hole through her chest. Or it'll be a souped up Gravity Kick that just annihilates Uraraka on contact.

What I think Boomstick's pun for this would be; "Seems like Uraraka couldn't understand the GRAVITY of her situation."
Also, the way that I think Kat would win(since I looked at a lot of info for both of them and found out that Kat ultimately beats Uraraka by a large margin)would be that she would incapacitate her by removing her ability to make things float before going in for the kill(preferably by using something gravity related for some irony points lol, like how in Nathan Drake vs Lara Croft, Nathan was ultimately killed by the one thing that had kept him alive/saved his own life multiple times in Uncharted: his own luck)

It's amazing.
Glad to hear that the insane part of my brain telling me to go all out drawing the cover wasn’t wrong.
In concept, sure. In execution tho... It's good.
For the kill it would be Kat used her black hole technique so Uravity used her grappling hooks to latch on to a surface and get away and even making herself weightless to make it easier to climb away but her rope breaks and she is dragged in so fast that she can’t even scream leaving behind a single tear forever floating in the sky to remain forever as the only remnant of Ochako

Like, I'm not exaggerating when I say that Kat can either counter or adapt to most of Uraraka's usual moves.
For example, I’ll explain one of Kat’s basic abilities:
-Stasis Field: Kat releases a omnidirectional pulse from her body that causes nearby objects to enter a state of gravitational stasis, after which she can easily manipulate them (Looks sorta like telekinesis).
@@gimmeyourrights8292
That's what I'm talking about.
@leolhez And that's also assuming her Panther form wouldn't just rip her arms off.
@@gimmeyourrights8292
Yeah, Kat has a lot of abilities that can pretty much end the fight.
For example, a charged Stasis Field, Gravity Typhoon and I'd even say the Surge Kick (Ochako would probably dodge the kick, but get caught off guard by the shock-wave).
Hell yeah, let's finish this volume off strong.
Aren't we still waiting for Rachet/Robin?

@@ramsesgonzalez8618 8TH!? GOOD LORD

I wonder how different it will be after her Quirk Awakening and who would win?
Ochako should win, up until kat becomes a black hole. Ochako has no way around that and most certainly can’t survive it.

Alright everyone, you know what time it is, It's Script Time
Startup: the fight takes place in a market place next to a city, Kat has just bought herself a kebab and is gushing about how tasty it looks, when all of a sudden Ochako Uraraka, aka Uravity (wearing her Hero outfit) accidentally bumps into her, causing her to drop the kebab by mistake, which then gets trampled on, turns out Ochako was running to a "meet-up" ("not a date" she told herself) with Izuku Midorya, aka Deku, her best friend who she totally does not have a crush on, and was on the lookout for him when she crashed into Kat. Now that her kebab was ruined, she gets angry with the person who dared to interrupt her mealtime, that's when "Zero Gravity Rush" Ques
0:00
Kat screams which turns the pull of gravity all around her upside down and they both start falling up into the air, Ochako struggles to regain her ballence but she uses her quirk to save herself from falling up anymore, and she is now suspended in mid air
*Ochako: phew*
But just then she gets kicked by Kat, and the fight begins
0:18
The two of them start brawling in the air around the market place, kicking and punching each other around, they crash into stalls every so often creating debris that just floats around them as they fight, and even using their powers to throw said debris at each other (LET YOUR IMAGINATIONS GO WILD WITH THIS ONE 😄)
0:35
Kat then inverts Gravity again, this time towards the city, so she falls sideways towards the buildings, and Ochako happens to be in her flight path, she slams into her and they both fall towards the city, however Ochako then slaps Kat in the face and uses her quirk on her forcing her to stop falling and is just suspended in mid air, meanwhile Ochako uses her grappling hooks to grab a nearby floating bench, and swings it towards Kat, it hits her and slams her into a window of a building, Ochako then floats herself towards the same building and releases, which causes anything she touched previously to no longer float including Kat, the debris then starts falling sideways, towards the city (it's raining sideways)
0:49
Kat gets back up and the two of them go at it again, running along the walls of the building, at one point Kat uses her spiral claw attack on Ochako and they start breaking apart the building along the way, which then leads to Kat inverting gravity once again towards the sky and she soars up towards the sky, along with the floating debris, she kicks Ochako along the way and they start chasing each other through the sky falling rocks, stalls, benches and other flying objects, all the while Kat and Ochako are battling each other intensely as they fly towards the sky (but this isn't flying, this is falling, with style (I just had to throw that in there somewhere)), while they're fighting, Ochako is using her quirk on as many objects as she can, and as we follow their battle, it is all caught in one continuous shot
1:10
At this point they are now above the clouds, when finally Kat inverts Gravity back towards the ground again, Ochako grabs hold of Kat and then grapples them both down through a floating archway and they land on a metal platform before Ochako grapples two boulders into Kat which launches her through a wall and into a familiar looking arena, they appear to have ended up in Amity Coliseum where the Gravity Biome setting is currently still active, Ochako follows suit, though she's not looking too good, in fact she looks like she's feeling a bit nauseous, Kat figures it must be due to all of the floating, and decides to use that to her advantage
1:33
Kat activates her field and catches Ochako in it, they float towards the floating blocks of the Gravity Biome, and their fight continues with them running up and down and sideways and all over the place along the tops, sides and undersides of each of these floating blocks (once again use your imaginations)
2:04
At this point Ochako is floating after Kat when she suddenly gets hit by a rock thrown at her from underneath her she falls but before she hits the bottom, she saves herself by using her quirk to stop and propel herself back upwards towards the floating blocks (exactly like in RWBY Volume 7 during the fight between Ironwood and Watts when Ironwood get blasted by the geyser and then saves himself with his Gravity gun), Ochako regains her footing and resumes the chase
2:10
Kat floats up into the air and uses her Gravity Typhoon attack where she summons several spiked rocks and crates from out of thin air and throws them at Ochako rapid fire, Ochako does her best to avoid them, jumping from platform to platform, but still touching as much as she can so that she can use the effects of her quirk on them too, because all this time since the battle on the wall of the building in the city, Ochako has had a plan up her sleeves that Kat hasn't noticed yet
2:27
Ochako then fires her grappling hook at Kat which latches onto her leg and then she gets slammed back down into the middle of the arena
*Ochako: alright, that should be enough*
*Kat: enough? What are you talking abo- (note: I don't play Gravity Rush so I don't actually know what Kat would and wouldn't say, so please correct me if I get her character wrong in any way)*
Just then, Kat realises something, and looks up, she sees all of the debris and objects that Ochako has been touching to use her quirk on floating above the arena
*Ochako: all this time I've been collecting debris with my quirk, and I've been saving it for this, RELEASE!*
Ochako now releases her quirk allowing all of it to fall on top of Kat, she plans to bury her under it all, she tries to save herself but it's too late, the debris lands on top of her, one by one, two by two, several by several until a huge dome has formed in the centre of the arena, Ochako, still feeling nauseous, throws up off camera, and thinks it's over, until something unexpected happens...
3:30
A strange black cat that looks like it's made of space comes along and jumps up onto the top of the pile of debris, it's Dusty, who is the source of Kat's power, and once he is there, the arena begins to shake as a rumbling sound can now be heard coming from within the pile of debris, just then it explodes and then implodes, being sucked in towards a point of interest within, Kat has just turned into a mini black hole to free herself, and intends to catch Ochako in it
3:40
Ochako tries to run away but it's too strong, so she latches onto a wall with her grappling hooks and pulls herself towards the outside of the arena to get to safety, but the mini black hole is moving towards her, slowly but surely, however pieces of the arena are being sucked in as well, and it is becoming more and more unstable by the second, eventually the arena explodes
3:51
Ochako and Kat are now suspended floating in mid air, high above the ground, they're both worn down and low on energy, however Kat isn't quite done yet, Dusty comes along and snuggles up into Kat's arms as she looks angrily at Ochako, who has been a thorn in her side this whole fight, she and Dusty now fuse together to form Kat's Panther Mode, which replenishes her health and amps up her powers, now Ochako is in for a world of pain
4:14
Kat starts scratching Ochako with her claws, and unleashing a furious barrage of Combo attacks at her heading back down to the earth (yet again, use your imaginations)
4:59
But unfortunately for Kat, her Panther Mode doesn't last forever, and it eventually runs out, though they eventually reach the ground and she's sure she's done enough to finish Ochako off, but surprisingly, Ochako is still standing
*Kat: you can't seriously still think you can win, just give up already*
*Ochako: a true Hero never gives up, I will win, like Deku, like All Might, I just have to go... beyond!*
5:11
Ochako still has a bit of strength left in her, even with her nausea and her battle wounds, she fights back, and even though she now is struggling in her weakened state, she does manage to get the drop on Kat a few times, even tricking her at one point by taking her helmet off and making her attack it when Ochako was actually right behind Kat, this allows her to fire her grappling hook straight at Kat, which impales her, now Kat is weakened
5:37
So as a last ditch effort she transforms into a black hole again, hoping it would pull Ochako in, Ochako anchors herself to the ground with her grappling hook but this time, she's an awful lot closer to it, and she's running out of time, she needs to seal her up with more debris to give her time to figure out a new strategy, but will it work this time, or will she just be caught in the black hole?
Well, I guess you'll just have to use your imaginations yet again won't you?

Ochako:"I need to (gag) get going!"
And so, she continues to go to her "meet up" with Izuku.

@@musicgreninja5875 It has something to do with fusing worlds I don't remember honestly.
Not Universal but stomps in everything especially versatility

Yo, hold up! New batch *already?!*
Dope.
I love both
Fantastic song!
@@ShogunPlasma That's fair. It's just that Uraraka is not really a powerhouse. Even by the standards of her own world as she's more of a support hero.

I have an idea: Alfonse vs. Euden (Fire Emblem vs. Dragalia Lost). The track name would be Otherworldly Princes, and it would be a piece with lyrics and choir. Thank you!
I think Corrin would be a better opponent for Euden since they can both turn into dragons. Idk how you would scale Euden though.

Talion (shadow of Mordor/war) vs Geralt (Witcher)
Ezio Auditore (Assassin's Creed 2/Brotherhood) vs Levi Ackerman (Attack on Titan)
T-1000 (Terminator 2) vs Fulgore (Killer Instinct)

@@GmNdWtchr96 ah thanks
I've played both gravity Rush games but I dont remember how powerful Kat was so idk who wins this.
I still guess I wouldn't oppose to this happening at some point.
She can turn herself into a Black Hole. That's basically all she needs. :p But she could also remove someone's gravity, create gravitational vortexes akin to tornados, and her panther form is stupid levels of strong.
I love both character, but I think this would be better suited for a DBX.
This is easily the best matchup for both of them that it should be considered for a death battle episode
@@patrickadetola4153 But it’s pretty obvious how much of a stomp it is in Kat’s favor. Even the commissioner acknowledged this.
@@thekrakenexperiment280 Yeah but that hasn't stopped death battle from making the episode entirely

@@Redrunner613 No, it was me!
@@ShogunPlasma you're otaku
@@ShogunPlasma Ahh ok! Never mind, sorry for assuming!
@@ohmygod5136 And i'm okay with that!
This is an unfair fight. Kat should've been fighting Shiki Granbell
Who'd win
Deku's chick or PlayStation's chick?
Ochako losing this matchup is sad
But she'll put one heck of a fight up.
Ikr well I thought see would win because she can take about 18 explosions from Bakugou so she isn’t that weak
@@zombiemeep4410 And she has combat training from Gunhead.
Am happy that kat is winning but seeing uaraka losing is sad
@@zacharietaylor275 Not really
the way queen kat obliterates ochako-
brook vs lord raptor
I hate this matchup so much because it's a complete stomp and there aren't any connections between the two other than their powers (vaguely) and their sex, but this track is an absolute BANGER!
They're also viewed as heroes. Kat may not have actual training but she's viewed in the same light.
@@ShogunPlasma She doesn't really have that as an advantage either since Kat fought of 100 martial arts students by herself at the same time
@@partygamerX So that suddenly means Kat is a trained Martial Artist? I mean, I know exactly what you're talking about, but it was like 100 students of a master vs a gravity shifter. You could even switch to Kats other Gravity Forms to take them out too. Not much of a contest. It's like Dynasty Warriors where you just take out a shitload of cannon fodder instead of an actual threat.
Wanna think of death ideas?
That's kinda wild! Although Uraraka's either getting sliced in half by Panther form or she's getting absorbed in her Micro Black Hole. Kat wouldn't even need the Gravity Sphinx mode. Thats just overkill. :p
@@ShogunPlasma I like the slicey idea, especially since we've been having a few too many PG deaths recently, with the odd exception of Lex vs Doom.
This might happen this season
Lol no
Well it’s a popular idea and I heard people say this battle might happen
I don’t know though
@@webesprit01 it's popular but it's not an epic legacy mu that celebrates Deathbattle as a show. It's like Lord Dakkon vs Oma Zi-O, it's a popular mu but not going to happen this season
