Almost all the gear dungeons are dead. Tbey need to add 2, 4, 6 pieces effect for all the legacy sets to make them relevant. DT, Sintranos and FW gives way better gear than the dungeons.
that AND either rework some of the sets, AND remove some of the shitty sets
They need to rework the trash sets into effects that are useful and not powercrept by other sets
It feels terrible to have to farm dungeons for fusions or Titan events. At least in fusions you can do food and a solo champ but turn attacks really stop that.

The biggest problem in raid is even when farming hard 10 most of the gear is 5star rare trash. I dont get why the hell hard stages still drop 5star gear

Loki in pinpoint for Hydra just pushed my Hydra brutal team to 400 million damage, I haven’t touched spider in like two weeks. I never got over 330 mil and bam (Loki/wixwell/Teox 6 piece merciless/Eostrid cursed set/9 piece oboro slayer/duchess in guardian/protection at 318 speed)
I'm glad Ash jumped in because Scratch keeps forgetting that we don't all waste our money on this game to have the champs and gear to farm the highest dungeon levels.

@@SkratchPlays i think you underestimate the value of farming stage 20 solo or 24 duo for midgame accounts gaining gear improvement, xp and silver at the same time
of course if you need at least legendary 6 star you should farm hm10 but than it should be easy anyway
20 gives you a lot of blue and purple 6 star per energy thats good if you need to build up sets in the first place (blue speed boots for example)
24 gives you good quantity of purple/legendary 6 star per energy thats still probably very good gear for a lot of players
@@Lordinventar I agree, especially with affinity and time - other than early early game, who is farming dragon? we are running it for events and sell the junk that we get, my highest is dragon hard 3, but it takes me over 3 minutes on average and in about 50 runs i still haven't gotten a single mythical and 7 over 50% of the time i'm still getting 5 star gear and have sold everything - if i can knock down hard 10 in 25 seconds and regular 20 in 5 seconds, I can afford that 20 seconds and that little bit of energy, but if i can do 20 in 1 minute and hard 3 takes me 5 minutes, it isn't worth it for me at all - that's something some of the content creators should put into context if that is the point they are trying to make

My farm team for the event dungeon (Which no is not kraken level) drops from about 99% win rate on stage 20 to like 65% on stage 21. It's not that I don't want to farm stage 30 for the best pinpoint possible. It's that its honestly quite difficult for people who are not heavy credit card users. Had plenty of attempts where my Seer on Stage 21,22,23 will kill all enemy champions on turn 1. Then get ran back on and end up losing. Simply doesn't happen on Stage 20. And sorry no, I don't have 5000 Gnuts to just kill the boss on turn 1 that's realistic for basically no one.
I am 110% sure that as soon as this dungeon closes in a month, there will be another one with more fomo elements. this is what makes them money, the whales buying energy packs to farm this stuff.
Spider is for silver and clan wars. It is the fastest way to get points for your clan.
It's actually not. You have The event Dungeon, the Shogun Dungeon, The Sand Devil that can all be fast. If you can't build fast teams for these dungeons it means you don't afford to waste tens of thousands of energy to speed farm the spider. So your priority should be to make the most out of the energy you have .

The problem is how much silver does it take to upgrade one piece to 6 star. 2-3 million for one piece. If you have multiple pieces of pinpoint, protection, merciless, slayer, stone skin and now feral. I went from 300 million silver to 80 million silver on cleaning up my gear accessories.

As a casual player, I farm Stage20 with food during Dungeon Divers/Champion Training to complete the events. I will then go to the higher stages once I have completed those events.
I think the main reason is that it is just too hard for people to get a good full set of pinpoint, and if you observe lower set pinpoint it is basically perception, which people already have a ton of good gear of.
I'd love to farm the FOMO dungeon, but the price gouging on energy just makes me want to uninstall the game
i think it's good advice to farm your max possible dungeon level. i'm mid player (doing 20 lvl dungeons) and recently i discovered that i can do 25 fire knight. and i chose to ignore the "energy efficiency" of farming lvl 20 for points and went for lvl 25 instead. good to hear that was a right choice
I hope if the event dungeon returns with different 9 piece set in the future then it won't replace the Pinpoint set but another of the old sets so with time we will get only the event sets from there.
PvP arena specialist pumping up Pinpoint. The 4 tradition dungeons are almost dead. Now just talking artifacts, I have 30 mythicals equipped out of over 3000 excluding Protection and Stoneskin, add those two sets and I'm up to 62. Going back to the 30 only 22 are farmable set pieces. Face it Plarium is setting up gear sets to almost only be purchased by doing it little by little. That was a whole lot of energy to get those 22 pieces of mythical. I'll keep running stage 20 for now and definitely during fusion events. BTW, in Theory 6 pieces speed with 3 piece protection accessories would give you the most "speed" bonuses.
finally the CCs are getting it too... i havent farmed spider for the past year or so except for getting silver (for that i sell every piece i get without exception while not even looking at it). normal accessories are so useless nowadays, i only have 109 normal pieces left total.
i see your point, but the odds of getting accessories for the right faction in the event dungeon is much much lower then in spider.
I think a thing that also really makes a difference is the great hall, when its developed it makes a huge difference in how you can choose your gear. Then you can focus even more on that extra speed and so on…..I wasn’t so fond of area in the beginning but now when Im staring to reach gold my champs are really much better. I agree about the dungeons they are all kind of dead. I do a lot of campaign for silver, right or wrong. Fast way to build chickens as well. Thx for another great video.

I use Spider Hard for silver, and to level food with Arix, still seems like the best way to do so, and if I have the energy to farm the better tier dungeons I will, but if I know its going to be tight (like I was for this thor fusion) Ill run 20, and Im not at the point where I dont NEED 5 star gear, but for the majority of it I sell all blue 5 star so its not a total waste
I farm spider but bcs i need more then double speed roles banner for arbiter and i cant get it they need to add stage 15 hard already for spider bcs people farm stage 10 hard in 10 secounds already my team does it in 16 secounds
just get a supersonic banner from sintranos for arbiter, problem solved.

The day we get a good silver farming dungeon, that will be the day that Spider will be dead. Of course you can't be bothered with it if you have a billion silver and/or another way of generating silver. If you want to farm Odin, you need a lot more energy of you want to have the very best gear. 16 vs 20, aka 32 vs 40 energy per run. And you gotta hope that the fairly good drops for the Pinpoint set, will drop not just good quality, but also good main and sub stats, not to mention that combined with the necessary accessories for each faction. Spider 20 is a good place for me to farm Dungeon Divers with food and preparing for Artifact Enhancement and Champion Training tournament/event...
Spider will come back to life when the Event dungeon ends.😢
Farm what you can. If you can do stage 20 in 2 minutes but 25 in 5 to 7, then time wise do 20 for the event. Farm gear when you aren't trying to do a fusion
I think they’re going to bring these dungeons in every now and then and probably add another exclusive set or two. I imagine they’ll rotate the exclusive and normal gear sets. It would odd if we can never get a chance to obtain Pinpoint gear again.
Great points. But one thing I see with this, as a magician. Plarium is getting you to watch the left hand (new event dungeon), while distracting us all with the fact that the other points you bring up is being swept under the rug.
I can farm spider 7 hard but can't even beat event dungeon stage 20 so farming pinpoint isn't really useful as best case scenario I get a 6 star rare piece that probably isn't even very good. So, I still farm spider for now. I've done every odin event dungeon tournament/event and haven't gotten a single piece of usable pinpoint gear yet.
Im 100% on the same page with you about that "farm lvl 20" for points. In the end you lose more. I farmed hard lvl 1 dragon because its highest lvl i could farm, i got points and tons of new gear. Because of that i got further on other content. With lvl 20 i would get points faster, lose energy and sell all tud gear.
Was anyone actually farming spider for artifacts? It's just where you go to burn free energy in return for silver before an artifact enhancement event.
You shouldn't have to farm it, but Plarium decided we have to pay silver to change champion gear even though we earned those artifacts and really shouldn't have to pay anything to equip them.

On point to the statement and topic, there's no doubt that 9-piece is the meta route of gear builds. However, that's not accessible to everybody in the community and player base.
So I feel like that this kind of statement applies to those who have only been playing the game for either very long time or have spent a ton of money towards gear farms.
The idea is 2 accessories on their own are 20x better than what the spider gives you. No need to go for a 9 PCs because that is super hard to get

I've farmed a pretty good amount of pinpoint and I've been thinking about the death of spider all week. My plan is to do the spider tournament tomorrow on Normal 16 or whatever is most efficient and autosell everything. They should put Slayer artifacts in Spider at a really rare drop rate to make the it relevant again. I think the event dungeon will quickly reopen with a Halloween theme and the same drop table.
I'm 3 months into Raid and I hate that I'll need to make a Spider team that can clear Stage 14 just for the Arbiter missions. I stopped caring about farming Spider after about a month in. Too many Factions you can get Accessories for, then it needs to have the right rolls, then those right rolls need to roll correctly. Odin's dungeon is infinitely better, and I feel bad for new players who come to Raid after it goes away.
Was curious to know which bosses other than Amius in Sintranos can you get Merciless & Supersonic accessories? I can only do the 1st, 3 areas in normal mode but none of those bosses have dropped any accessories.
If they ever introduce a silver dungeon or some way to earn adequate silver, it's bye-bye spider.
It really depends where you are in the game.. Most new players are stuck between stage 15-20.. Yes the accessories are good but without a 3x event, I can’t justify the energy.

The only thing money does in this game is speed up your account. Anyone who has played the game long enough can beat all the game content. This game is all about playing the odds with your resources. It's a casino game. Play the odds to get the best rewards you can. Over time you'll be able to beat everything. It will take years.
The game hasn't gone to crap it is what it has always been. You don't have to keep up with the Krakens and whales to enjoy the game. If you can't enjoy the game for what it is then you shouldn't be playing. You don't have to spend money to progress your account. I mean i am stuck on specific levels of Shogun and Sanddevil because I have figured out how to do it with the champs i have. I don't have any of the champs like god seeker and others. I have been playing since before they were launched and just don't have them.
Thats not a big deal as I do have a Hydra team doing 650mil. Not billions like the Krakens but once i get my Ukko built i might squeez another 100mil or so and slowly progress.

The problem with the new dungeon is how it is tuned vs the rewards you get. I can't quite do the insane builds to farm stage 30 reliably, but if I farm stage 25 all I get is crappy 5 star rare gear. I'm probably 4 weeks away from being able to build a reliable stage 30 team and by that time the dungeon will be gone.
This video honestly, not really applicable to me, because for the event dungeon, i can only do 20, and 20 gave me 99% rubbish gears and because i dont have the champ and built to do higher level, same like sand devil and phantom shogun, all ccs only show the highest level, but not showing how to go to the highest level, this both i also stuck, sand devil i stuck at lv 16, phantom i stuck at level 18, cant go further up. event dungeon also i cant go further, hence, i still do the regular spider, dragon, and all the ordinary dungeons to get my gears.

I totally agree with farming dungeons lvl 20 for points. Lately I caught myself in a loop where we have events after events and I was only doing 20 to finish event and be energy efficient but I got maybe 5 pieces worth of keeping after weeks of farming. So I was like what is the point of finishing event with saved energy if this is not progressing my account at all...
There is one simple solution to the legacy gear. Cut the effect by 50% as well as cutting the required pieces by 50%.
Vanilla accessories nowadays it's just for off piece because eventually we want added bonus from set that has 9set bonus, but still for idk 80%+ player we still farm spider for silver and majority of us don't have 9p set that has good stat on it and spider is ultra fast, achieving under 20 sec spider on hard is billion times easier than other dungeon
so are you saying there is a higher chance rate for 6 star gear on higher level dungeons . you can still get crap gear on max level as well as 5 star. unless you know for sure that the higher levels are definitely are at a higher chance rate for 6 star. I s that the case?
I'm at 30k energy wasted on level 30 with ZERO usable pieces for my arena team. Plarium SUCKS.

We wanted a dungeon for silver, so they made dungeon sets irrelevant enough, to make them all a silver farms. 200IQ from plarium
There is always going to be something better. Yes this should be farmed, but something better will come and something to counter the effects of this set. It is the nature of this game.
They need a dungeon that gives us a way to farm chaos ore & silver! So we have a chance of converting poor gear into better gear.
Plus Plarium give us more f*#+ing artifact & accessory storage
my strategy was to run stage 20 dungeon for their tournaments to save energy to farm the event dungeon. 1/2 pieces of pinpoints are soo game changing...
Although this gear set is good. Spider is still viable. I used spider for fusion. Then grind new gear after fusion is over. Each account is different. I grind the heck out of Odin on my mini. Awesome improvement on all champs fully geared in pin point. Mini account is a referral account so I didn't care the outcome. I geared champs with the stats they need but in Pin Point.
I still farm spider 20 for D/D because it takes me 7 seconds and 2 - 3 moves based on RNG. And the silver can be great as well.
Reflex, Cursed, Regen and Stun set are the only sets really worth farming from the traditional dungeons. Would be even more the case if lethal wasnt just farmable every 3 motnhs
So where do you get your silver skratch? If you don't like the accessory you sale it, more silver
Pinpoint brought back Madame Serris to arena, its nice having her with 700+ Acc / 300ish spd and no sheep...lol
I pick up random pinpoint rings and amulets, just for the speed. I just need Arbiter, and perhaps others a little faster. I can lost some HP, DEF, ATK for champs that need speed most.
I set my gear filter on spider to 6 star legendary and mythicals only. Everything else gets sold. I'm about to go to only mythicals.
I actually did this with my Loki. I have a 2 pc Ferral 2pc Pinpoint and 2pc perception. I was able to get up to 500 acc for a midgame account lv65
Spider still returns the best silver though? I only farm it when need more silver for arti upgrading events/cvc and pts in cvc whch are comparable to event dungeon.
This feels like a silly statement. Most players aren't getting enough of the "set" accessories to use them unless you are going subpar.
lol i have only 109 non-special accessories total left in my inventory, thats an average of 7.2 accessories per faction and 2.4 accessories per slot per faction... i got 480 special set accessories in comparison. you just dont need normal accessories anymore in this game. you get a lot of the special sets nowadays, from several different sources in the game and i dont sell even the worst possible pieces of those, because the bonus you get by just equipping them is usually better than the stats you might be getting.
@@zaubermaus8190 and I have less than 100 set accessories (mostly pinpoint 4/5*) and most are subpar. The set accessories are slow to get unless you are end game. Once you are in the endgame and have all the base accessories, yes stop spider and farm for the set accessories to REPLACE the basic accessories that you already have.
Is that verified by plarium that chance rates are different from level 20 to 25 normal or 20 normal vs level 10 hard

Spider is only useful for silver as silver is a massive issue in the game. Ice Gollum is useless, dragon is limited, fire knight is ok for savage and regeneration. I will still farm for silver though

It’s only outdated for whales as a f2p I’ll be doing spider for atleast two years till all my gear is 16 that’s worth it and I have atleast 3 perfect rolled in each the ring banner and amulet in all the types of champions
I just love how these CCs tell you to NOT do level 20 for the majority of the players. Absolutely INCORRECT!
The majority doesn't spend the hundreds of dollars a months to play this game and have hundreds of thousands of energy.

Level 20 is really not the best and its obvious. The best way to improve gear on your account is to farm the highest stage you possibly can even if cost significantly more energy than running stage 20. Im ftp and I don't have tons of energy but I will always choose to farm higher stages.
@sangesf I will tell you what I told the other person who put a similar comment. It's even more important for people with limited energy than is for anyone else.
The problem is that the people who are falling for the stage 20 bait are the people who usually farm gear only during the events because they don't have unlimited energy. So because they want to save a couple hundred energy during the events, they will never get decent gear, and that is a problem for all the players doing it. When there is no event on, they will farm masteries or campaign so they will never get to farm good gear on these conditions. Just my take on it.
I can do 27 without fail so been sending energy there IF an event tourney is finished. Really helps w the DDs. At least ya feel like it’s not as much of a waste.
It’s my easiest to farm… so that’s where I go. No real other accessories avalible. And I can’t farm the Odin one. Maybe if you are talking end game?
I get so few stone skin/protected stuff. And like no slayer stuff. If I could farm Odin it might make sense but my gear is so crap I can’t win as it is.
Spider is a gold farming dungeon when there is a spider event. Other than that, I never go there lol

Hard 10 is 33 seconds for me, Odin 20 is 10 seconds but silver difference is why spider is NOT dead....the rest of the dungeons have one or two sets worth caring about n rest is trash..ADD MINO, SHOGUN, IT, AND SD TO DD PLARIUM!!!!!!!!!!!😂❤
I'm sorry, but I am quite irritated by that video. I will try nevertheless to be constructive, because I appreciate you and value 99% of your content, I love Ash too.
I've a challenge for you Skratch: play F2P just for 3 months, and try to do the fusions, titan events... After that, you can come back and continue to tell us what to do. Apparently, you do not know what it is to play in that context.
Let me give you a few arguments:
1. The Dungeon Divers are so hard to do, farming H10 or Normal 20 can unfortunately make the difference between succeeding or not in a fusion.
2. I can solo spider H10 in about 1 min and duo in 20s. Spider is still the *easiest* and *fastest* dungeon to farm end-game non-whale... For Odin, it takes me 1 min to farm lvl 25 only, without food... I cannot farm beyond lvl 26...
3. You forget that for us, non whale, especially if we started the game just 2-3 years ago, it takes quite a bit of time to farm the hard dungeon, *time* (and not only energy) is the problem to reach the point needed for the fusion if you only play a few hours a day (which is already a lot).
4. Do the Math (Saph is not stupid and did the math). Why should I care about 20 accuracy for Narses, Trunda, Rotos...? So I need 2 artifacts just for +10 speed... I think it is less difficult to get a very good banner from spider that will give me 6 speed and so many other good stats. How much energy do you think I need to farm 2 good pinpoint artifacts for A specific champion? Just do the math and prove me that I'm wrong. Please, show us how many of your most used champion you have equipped with pinpoint after farming this dungeon like a whale.
1. Last year and this year, a bunch of raid content creators participated in the ftp series, starting a new account from scratch and compete for a period of time and see who made the most progress. During this time many cc's have completed fusion and other challenging events despite only being a few weeks into the game. Idk if scratch participated, regardless it just shows that if you are efficient with your resources you'll be fine and can complete most events, ftp or not.
to counter your arguments:
1. im a ftp player and I've tried to complete fusions already but haven't succeeded. Why's that? Well its not because of dungeon divers that's for sure. In fact, I don't understand why people complain about it so much. Ive always manage to go beyond the points I needed. If you save your gems and stack up on energy a week or so before the fusion starts that will be more than enough to complete the events. I personally farm stage 10 for all dungeons rather than 20. I know stage 20 is more efficient but I rather farm H10 for the gear. The only difference is a couple hundred energy.
2. I farm stage 25 also for the new dungeon and I've already got a couple of champs in decent pinpoint set. (Example: My Loki is in 4p pinpoint 4p ss - 310 speed, 436 accuracy. My armanz is slightly better with the same sets but 323 speed and 523 accuracy.) My point? It doesn't matter if you can't get past stage 26, stage 25 drop good gear given you invest your energy into it.
3. As mentioned before, I'm a ftp and I've only been playing for a year and 3 months. I can farm all dungeon (except fk due to lack of freeze champions) hard lvl 10, iron twins 15 and shogun 25. If you've been playing for 2-3 years and can't complete a fusion then you're playing the game wrong. Playing a few hours a day (2-3hours), which is not a lot, is a good amount of time to complete a fusion.
4. Do you really need math to tell you what you do and don't need for your account? You know what your account lacks. If you find that its pointless farming pinpoint then don't farm it. Simple. The whole game is based on rng, you might lucky like me when farming and you might not.
@@amor4keef ;-)))) I'm not competing with you bro... I actually always finish my fusion and also do my best to get 5 stars for the best champs... this means you cannot do everything and in my situation, spider H10 is still the best place to farm.
1. My point is to tell to Skratch that his point of view is completely extreme, only one side of the coin. I know, it is probably good to increase the views and comments, but I do not believe it serves the interest of everyone.
2. Skratch says in the video he is not criticizing the other CC, but he actually does and I do not like that. I watch the contest between the CC, HH was the best at doing the fusion, not Skratch and HH actually recommend farming stage 20. So, I would have like Skratch to be a bit more balanced in this video.
3. You apparently do not understand why math are for ;-) In your case you may have been lucky, GG, but math does not lie... it is not because something worked for you, that it always works. Math avoids useless conversation like: you're wrong, it worked for me / NO, I'm right, it did not work for me / ...
@@perephiloux7932 just sharing my opinion. I do not believe his view is extreme as most other ccs agree with this. You're right to an extent, he could've been a bit more balanced but then he'll just say things that people already know as the target audience for this video is not new players. Lastly, as a math and statistics enthusiast, I do understand what it is for lol. Again you're right, numbers don't lie, but you also excluded the part when I spoke about rng and what's good for your account and what's not.
Never made the argument that what works for me will work for other people.
Hi, thanks for sharing your opinion. I've made Free To Play accounts before and went for fusions and other events. As a 3 month old player you will not get the titan event done and the fusion unless you spend or you have the most insane luck with all of your champ drops and clan boss rewards. This video is not intended for people that play for 3 months because 99% of those players are not able to beat most of the content unless they are super experienced with the game or spenders. The math of saving 200 energy at the cost of sacrificing your gear is the dumbest thing ever. You trade gear which is the true essence of this game for a few extra points in an event that happens every week and never get to farm proper gear. That is the reality as harsh as it sounds.

Spider is still the fastest farm, and sometimes you just want that.
I can't upgrade gears without farming Spider. Sad reality ;(
Sadly, I can beat spider hard 10 in 16 seconds, but I can't beat Odin 21. Guess I'll stick to spider.
I agree with almost everything you have said. But you are COMPLETELY WRONG about farming as high as you can to complete DD. In the Thor fusion, I ran stage 20 of two different dungeons to completion of those events and STILL HAD POINTS NEEDED FOR DD. If you are not skipping DD, then you must be as efficient as possible unless you have unlimited energy.
@Slider6 The problem is that the people who are falling for the stage 20 bait are the people who usually farm gear only during the events because they don't have unlimited energy. So because they want to save a couple hundred energy during the events, they will never get decent gear, and that is a problem for all the players doing it. When there is no event on, they will farm masteries or campaign so they will never get to farm good gear on these conditions. Just my take on it.
@@SkratchPlays Makes sense. I only farm level 20 when I'm doing DD (which is not often). Otherwise, I farm the highest level of whatever dungeon.
I actually used to do exactly what you just what you said until recently and pushed thru to the hard dungeons. I was stuck using that advice. @@SkratchPlays

I use spider SOLELY for farming silver and 6s Mythicals thatre heavily filtered.
I wish they’d switch up these dungeons. Get rid of the useless sets etc.
I farm arena and faction crypt for craftable gear, why dungeon?

My spider 20 is 5 seconds, I can’t even farm 20+ Odin. Imma stick with my spider 😂 it’s definitely useless for end game players though, I see where you guys are coming from. But for mid game players, spider tends to be the easiest for silver, cvc points, and basic accessories.

Spider is only about silver and CvC pts not accessories
Spider is the "silver dungeon" content creators always ask for.
Soon I think they'll rework the Hard Spider rewards
progress wise; sure dont farm it, but it still nice silver especialy during events or CvC
