Easy and Fast Crochet - Tweed Skirt In Under 3 Hours (All Sizes)

How to crochet the easiest and fastest multi colour pencil tweed mini skirt in any size. This took me less that 3 hrs.
I used 4 strands of 4 different colours. 2 skeins of yarn each so total of 8 skeins. 8.0mm hook.

What brand of yarn do u use? I did the skirt with certain yarn and it wasn't stretchy at all...

Mixture, I showed them at the beginning. It may not be stretchy if your stitches are too tight.
