Love the way you explained each step by step process in all your videos. Please make a step by step video on how to move your current instance to newer versions such as from Orlando to Paris and Quebec beyond. I appreciate and value your time and effort in creating these videos.

Thanks for your great work......I also shared u r previous videos with my friends who are trying to learn servicenow.they said the videos are clear and having good explanation.But they are also unable to find the topics in orderviseee...Also it would be more helpful if u teach us how to create an instance and then explaining about the UI and explaining those concepts.Please upload the videos topic vise in orderrrrr.....Please consider the request.

aren't most organizations using Active Directory ? Don't think my organization creates user accounts in ServiceNow, instead getting AD synced with ServiceNow. Thats why we are able to login to serviceNow automatically, as our machines are domain joined.

I have posted the servicenow development syllabus on my website. Please cover all the topics one by one... in order to learn. I believe my channel has all those video.. but you can also search all those in other channel. Believe me it is very easy to master ServiceNow :)

Can anyone explain what is instances in servicenow.
Instances can be refer to environment. For e.g. for development, for testing, for QA acceptance and for production we need separate instances of ServiceNow to work upon. Lets say we develop in Dev environment and after unit testing we move the update set in Test environment for the validation which is done by testing team.
