When you look trough the hole, you have to wait till you see the monster, then you exit quickly and the code will appear on the dummy.

This game is REALLY hard, my first completion took 40 min
The way to find the code on the 3rd level is -
Go to the hole in the wall you were looking at with the body, when a face pops up on the other side of the hole, click 'Return', or press any movement key. If you do it too late, you die & have to restart
Once you do that, go to a closet and wait for Petapeta to come & go, then look at the hole again and it will tell you the code, the rest is the same as the first 2 levels, just that the monster is faster
