I really enjoyed the Spring Challenge! So much exciting cricket. I'm a Heat supporter, and standout player of the tournament for me was definitely Sianna Ginger. I think a lot of my doubts about the tournament really came down to how it was communicated. There might have been comms that I missed, but my impression going in was that it was just Big Bash lite and the ACT was there for some reason. Keeping it state based, and highlighting how this is a developmental fixture for players who wouldn't usually get a game when members of the international squad are available, would have made me feel more enthusiastic about it from the start.
Maddie, we (by that I mean me lol) don’t care what the content is, we just want you to do non stop commentary on everything in front of you. Pretty much like you did when you were joshing Mandy about her putting it on in training for the cameras 😅
I would've preferred a state-based comp for the Spring Bash rather than having the WBBL franchises, would have given it a point of difference with state pride on the line
spring bash was good cause it was in Adelaide but it was annoying because it wasn't in state colours due to nsw ands vic are annoying and need ti have everything their way haha
Loved seeing so many fresh faces getting a run on the park. What a great batch of up and coming Striker future squad players 😊

rowdy was defs a stand out most wickets in the comp, also some impressive overs from maggie

loved seeing annie o neil playing in the blue again she is such a legend and i love watching her play cricket
