Incredible Cod Fish "wings" from the mind of chef @gislimatt at Slippurinn's food truck @slippurinn_seafoodtruck on the Westman Islands, off the coast of southern Iceland. Made from cod collar and fermented chills (among other mysterious ingredients). Ridiculously tasty.
