Finally, Envy’s back. I knew Bubsy would be the bad guy, but I guess you got a different plushy of him ever since the first episode. *AMIIBO HUNTERS FOREVER!!* Also I got a Sepheroth and a Kazuya amiibo.
This was a great conclusion to the Seven Sins involved in the Amiibo Hunt. I totally forgot Envy drove the group to get Amiibos in the very first hunt! *spoilers* I knew that silhouette was Bubsy the moment I took a good look at it. Not only did I laugh when he revealed himself, but it was funnier seeing the most absurd ways Bubsy was killing the others.
Well I gotta say, it was great seeing this mini series get capped off like this. While I was certainly expecting the return of that darn Bobcat, I wasn’t expecting Envy to get his own fight on top of that, but glad that Bubsy won’t be bothering us anytime soon… I hope. Anyways, I really liked these Amiibo Hunts, and I’m sure gonna miss them… and the unique RPG combat that came with it. Any chance we can see a return to this style of combat in the future? If not I understand wanting to keep it exclusive to Amiibo Hunts, and I’m not sure how much longer the Amiibo as a while are gonna last. Either way, great cap off to the series LuigiFan!
