My CC 2544 has been hard to steer just like in your video after lubing the 2 front spindles. I never knew about the grease zert underneath! I'm going to do what you did. If you don't see an edit to this comment in the next few days, that will mean that it worked!

Yes look at the front axle. There should be one close to the wheel on the spindle.

You forgot to lube the pinion gear and the selector gear
I don’t think that would help much, would just make a mess putting lube on those and collect dirt and grass. But to each their own
